Patricia is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who has been studying Buddhist psychology since the mid 1990's. She is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program through the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. She brings a practical approach to Mindfulness Teaching aiding students to take the teachings off of the cushion and into their lives. She is also a licensed psychotherapist practicing for over 35 years.
