A peaceful way to dial down your evening by scanning the bod while going through major areas anatomically. This meditation will be bringing awareness through release of breath inhales and exhales as you settle in for a deep nights rest! Please make sure to always be in a safe, secure area before closing your eyes and relaxing, this meditation is meant to be practiced before bed with the intention to help the listener to wind down and it is my hope for you to have a great nights rest!
