Touching The Light - Healing Piano LIVE October 8th

This is part of my live session on Insight Timer on the 28 of September. When I say in the title touching the light, I am referring to awareness, the light of awareness that lets us live the present, and have real choices in our lives. That light illuminates us so we can see, love, compassion and empathy and stillness. This song is about that light. Blessings!
