Tomorrow will be 1 month since I had a Double Lung Transplant. I used this beautiful music while exercising on a stationary bike in the home I’m residing in to recover for a couple months. This meditation music allowed me to connect my mind, body, and breath. Pre transplant I was unable to do that because all my energy was directed to gasping for air! Thank you for this gift. 🙏🫁🙏
