Hello, This track is a short talk about victimhood and how we use our mind for suffering and how the mind should be a tool for peace and not a tool for suffering. It's difficult to see that you are a victim, but you can use your feelings of the creator to change that victim state.

So,

Hello,

Welcome to one more insight.

Today I would like to talk about my experience of making the mind a tool instead of a suffering tool.

Sometimes when I am in the victim state,

I approach the mind by engaging in thoughts that propel me to become a victim of a situation,

Maybe of a person or a place where I am,

Or a psychological situation that I am living in that moment.

And I would like to say that it's very different to be a victim than to be a creator.

The state of victimhood can be coming from our subconscious,

And because we don't shed light to that particular subject,

We have difficulty seeing that we are in this victim position.

And sometimes it's very difficult to see that you are in that state of awareness because nobody outside of you tells you,

And it's like the fish not knowing that it's in the water.

So you're like in a labyrinth,

Moving around and never finding the exit.

I think the energy when you're creating and you're not in this labyrinth of victimhood,

The energy is very different because when you do something,

You see the results right away.

You have no thoughts or fear.

You're connected to the present moment.

So what I'm trying to say is that there are signs when you're living in the creator mode.

The creator of your reality state is a state where there is no suffering.

You're just in the moment blissful.

But the state of victimhood comes from not realizing that the mind is a tool.

But this tool is not made for us to suffer.

The mind is there for us to utilize it as a creator tool.

But because we're conditioned and everything around us is conditioning us,

It's difficult for us to see clearly how the mind can be a tool.

I learned it by identifying what are thoughts of victimhood and what are thoughts and feelings of creation.

Still today I catch myself in the victimhood state and I see it.

And then I see myself outside of myself seeing this victim.

And it's very,

Very funny because it's just after a while of seeing myself in that state of victimhood,

I can see that it's not me.

It's not my joyful,

Pure diamond clear state.

It's a state where I'm hidden in a veil of conditioning that doesn't allow me to see clearly who I am.

And every day we have an opportunity of choosing our state of mind,

Our state of awareness.

And if each moment we remind ourselves that we are a pure diamond of love,

And that diamond is being conditioned,

Losing its light by our conditioning from the psychological forces,

From the emotional forces,

From the exterior forces,

Since we're very little opaque or change the outside of the diamond by obscuring it.

And that's the best metaphor I have.

So when we are in a very happy moment,

Full of love,

Joy,

Present,

Creating,

Connected to the bliss of the now,

The diamond loses all its obscurity and shines and this creates a blissful moment where we're connected to the source and we're not a victim anymore.

And then something happens.

The mind starts its conditioning and we get out of this moment and then again we start with the victimhood.

Like I'm not living in the proper place.

I'm not doing what I love.

I'm not married to the person that I should be.

I'm not earning the amount of money that I should have.

All these exterior forces or the inner forces that bring us to the psychological state where we're seeing ourselves as less,

Not worthy or not good enough.

And this again is just an illusion.

It's a complete illusion.

We can change this by becoming aware each moment that we're made of love and that whatever we do is enough.

And being in the moment is the greatest gift of peace.

And that we don't have to achieve anything to be happy,

To be blissful,

To be joyful.

There's no need to become something else.

So basically when we start thinking without awareness,

Our conditioning creates the victim state.

And that victim state has a downward spiral to negative thoughts that can alter your immune system and then you can become sick very easy.

So I'm inviting you today to reset your brain,

Your mind to the present moment and just try to find the joy in that moment.

Of being in that moment,

Of being aware.

And when you're being aware,

There's some presence,

Some joy,

Some bliss coming into your heart because you're connected to the infinite.

And in that joy,

You can remain aware of the thoughts and feelings.

Aware that you are the creator of those thoughts and feelings and not a victim.

And that you can prosper,

Be healthy,

Be loved and love from that amazing state of consciousness.

And from there,

Create your emotional reality because physical reality is an extension of that emotional reality.

So first is to contact this presence of joy in yourself.

You're complete.

You're a shining diamond.

And that's your origin to be this perfect shining diamond.

And all the rest is an illusion that can pull you down.

So reset your mind.

Feel the joy.

Be present and aware.

I send you my love and I hope you have a beautiful,

Beautiful day enjoying the infinite presence of the now within you.

Blessings.

Thank you.
