Love has always been here.
Love is all,
And in all.
As our understanding of how love is the fabric of life,
Our perspective will begin to shift from I must be good to get love,
To I am worthy of love,
Because I have come from an eternal and limitless source of unconditional love.
Love is simply present.
We learn to release a ceasing and a letting go of the need to fight for love,
Because we discover love is with us from the beginning.
Pain is finite and will end,
But we discover that love is infinite and continues on and on.
Please join me in this self-reflection on love that will cleanse and prepare our hearts to blossom and expand.
After each line is read,
There will be a moment of pause,
And in that pause,
I invite you to repeat the line internally or out loud to your own heart.
Cultivating self-love is critical for us if we are to meet the challenges of our day and hold space for our own pain and sorrow with an open and spacious heart,
A heart of love.
As our capacity grows to listen and speak from the heart,
We will cultivate the light and energy that only comes from unconditional and wholehearted love,
A resting into the fabric of life.
If you're in a place where you can close your eyes,
I invite you to do so.
Feel your body supported.
Notice that you can release any need to hold or protect your body at this time.
Notice that the fabric of the universe is supporting you.
For the thoughts that may be present in your mind,
Just acknowledge that they're there.
All the support you need for your body is present.
The wisdom and the skill allow your respirations to find a normal rhythm.
No need to hold or force your breaths at this time.
Just a restful and peaceful in and out,
In and out.
Feel your heart at this moment.
Realize the size and the shape.
Your heart is perfect just the way it is.
The center of your being,
The intelligence of love and of presence,
The core of who you are.
Let's begin.
I am worthy of love.
I have come from an eternal and limitless source of unconditional love.
I release a continual ceasing and letting go of the need to fight for love.
Love is simply what holds and supports all things.
Love is simply mine.
I am love.
I am a child of unconditional love.
I no longer need to fight for love.
Love is simply present.
Love has been with me from the beginning.
Love radiates from my heart.
My heart is open.
My heart is spacious.
My heart is limitless.
For the next few minutes,
I invite you to sit in the presence of your heart and allow whatever words,
Feelings,
Energies,
Healing,
Light or power to come to the forefront of your experience,
