I've been in very treacherous waters for over a year now and at risk of burning out. Easy choice would be to simply leave and find a new gig or two. But I've invested over eight years in these waters and don't relish the idea of going ashore early. I'll stay in the boat, improve my focus and awareness, and stay the course. My soul needs to live its purpose, regardless the challenges. (Or, perhaps, BECAU/SE of the challenges.) Thanks for the deep nudge.
