Hello!

Today's meditation is designed to help you release any tension in your body and guide you back to the natural state of peace within your mind and your body.

When you are ready,

I invite you to close your eyes,

Adjust your body so you are sitting comfortably.

This might be lying down or sat upright on a chair or sat on the floor with your knees relaxing against the floor and your legs crossed.

Notice any areas of tension in your body,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Between your eyes and simply let them go.

Relax into yourself this safe space knowing that for the next 5 minutes there is nothing for you to do,

Nowhere for you to be but here in the now.

Once you are settled,

I invite you to find awareness of your breath.

Place total awareness in your breathing.

Notice the inhale,

Notice the exhale.

Begin to feel the belly expand with each inhale and feel the belly contract with each exhale.

Feel the breath coming in through your nostrils and filling your lungs with cool pure air.

Feel the breath exiting through your mouth as the lungs deflate and your whole body releases,

Releases what it does not need,

Releasing all tension.

Relax the breath.

When you are ready place your hand on your heart.

Say to yourself,

I am strong.

Notice the feelings that arise as you say that affirmation to yourself.

Feel that feeling radiate all over your body,

The energy that emanates from your heart into your hand.

That feeling is yours.

Feel it and hold it in your hand.

It is in this moment that you realise that what is truly yours can never leave you.

You will always be strong.

I invite you now to place your hands back into your lap and take a few big deep breaths.

As you breathe deeply,

Truly savour this feeling,

This confidence and this moment here in the noun.

Your moment.

As you take your focus back to your breath,

Notice how you are glowing from the inside out.

As you breathe,

You realise that the most beautiful blue light radiates outwards from within you,

Directly from within your heart.

This bright and beautiful blue glow is your innermost symbol of strength,

Of inner wisdom,

Peace and light.

In this moment,

As you glow,

You become strength,

Wisdom,

Peace and light.

I invite you to say to yourself,

Either out loud or in your mind,

I am strong,

I am wise,

I am peace,

I am the light.

And again,

I am strong,

I am wise,

I am peace,

I am the light.

I now invite you to sit for a few moments and truly embrace all that you know you are.

When you are ready,

Come back to the room,

Make yourself aware of your surroundings,

Wiggle your toes and your fingers and begin to blink your eyes open.

You are strong,

You are wise,

You are peace at your very core and you always will be your own light.

I truly hope that you have the most beautiful day.
