Taurus Full Moon Meditation - November 2024

Welcome to this Taurus Full Moon meditation, a time to embrace grounding energy and connection to the earth as the year begins to wind down. In this November full moon, Taurus invites us to slow down, honor our physical senses, and reflect on the abundance around us. This is a chance to celebrate stability, pleasure, and self-worth while releasing any resistance to change or fear of letting go. As we journey inward, let the lunar energy of Taurus ground you, inviting a deeper sense of peace, gratitude, and clarity.

Welcome,

Welcome to a Taurus full moon meditation in the month of November 2024.

Now this is the fourth supermoon in a row.

It's very intense and it's very emotional with the planet line up at this time.

Hands up who is over this intensity.

Hands up who just needs a break from it all and just for everything to calm down and be quiet and peaceful.

I'm with you,

I really am.

However as we know we all signed up for this.

We were all meant to be here on planet Earth to experience this.

We are going through in a revolutionary change,

A massive shift,

A massive a massive uprising of frequency.

So this will be playing out for a little bit longer.

So it's up to us and our choices how we choose to act and react in this energy.

There's so many things going on right now.

America you've been through and still going through your huge changes.

There is so much noise.

There are so many distractions.

The planet's weather is all over the place which means we're all over the place too.

So today in this meditation rather than taking you to a place where you need to let go of this and this and think about all the things that you want to release in this full moon.

This is going to be more of a soothing full moon.

I think all our nervous systems need it right now and if you are doing really really fine in this time that is absolutely fantastic and amazing and perhaps you could spread some more love out to the people on this call and to all the people going through challenges in this world right now.

Under a full moon you will automatically shift so the focus here is to bring in the energy.

I'm going to take you on a journey that is more softer,

More gentle,

More loving right now so you can relax and feel at ease and feel at peace that this is just going to fill your soul up,

Fill your being up,

Fill your every single cell up in your body.

And as I'm talking just start to relax and unwind and bring your focus into this room wherever you are right now.

Taurus is an earth sign so it is going to help us become more grounded and we need that right now.

We are also grounding the light and if you think what that means there is so much light bombarding this planet.

It is time.

There are sun storms,

Flares,

Photonic rays,

All sorts of things that you can think of going out there in the atmosphere,

Light codes and so what this is doing is it's helping us to level up,

To shift and change with the earth.

Also what happens when the light is bombarding the planet,

Besides feeling out of sorts within our own physical vessel,

The more light that comes into the planet it means the more darkness shows up in your world.

The more darkness rises to be transmuted and it can rise into our life and into our face where we have no other way to turn except to face the darkness.

And what the darkness represents is our own shadow,

Our own insecurities,

Our own doubt,

Our own hate even,

Our own rejection,

Obligation,

Betrayal,

Hurt,

Brokenness,

Brokenheartedness,

Mental capacity and also out there in the noise,

The darkness that is corrupt or even in your life the corruption,

The lies,

The deceit,

All of it is coming up.

It's a lot for us to handle right now.

Keep that in mind though as the challenges come up for you.

This is such an amazing opportunity to really dig deep and shift that shadow,

Shift that darkness within you and bring in that healing process because when you get through to the other side,

Oh my goodness,

You will look back and go that was so worth it.

So take some deep breaths,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Feeling your body start to relax into the moment,

Being aware of what your body is feeling from your toes all the way up to your head.

Be aware of your breath as it starts to slow down and as your heart starts to slow down too.

Feel for any of those aches and pains,

Stiffness within your body,

Dis-ease and send them so much love.

The key to changing the world is to love ourselves more,

Love and accept ourselves,

Fill our cup so then we have more to give out and like a stone in a pond,

Our energy and our love ripples out to all our loved ones,

All our family,

All our relationships,

Our workplace and space,

Our home,

Our environment,

Our social whereabouts.

Feel your body slowing down and as you do and you're aware of the smells in the room,

The air temperature,

The air on your skin,

The energy in your body,

The taste in your mouth,

The darkness perhaps with your eyelids closed,

Your heartbeat slowing down.

Imagine from the base of your spine you have a golden cord.

It could be a golden ribbon and actually it could be any color that you choose and imagine this golden cord going down,

Down into Mother Earth,

Going through all the rocks and the layers,

The clay,

The sand,

The volcanic matter,

The water crevices,

Going deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Down,

Down,

Down.

And this golden cord is finding Mother Gaia's beautiful golden beating heart in her center.

And we wrap this ribbon around her heart and we instantly feel the connection to her,

Her love and support,

Her unconditional service to us.

And we draw that energy up through the golden cord,

Up into our feet,

Our calves,

Our shins,

Knees,

Thighs,

Pelvic area,

Sexual organs,

Womb,

Bringing the energy into our hips,

Digestive system,

Stomach,

Pancreas,

Liver,

Gallbladder,

Spleen,

Splashing us with the most gorgeous high vibrational energy.

And at the same time,

Imagine this golden energy coming up each and every vertebrae in your spine.

Step by step,

Climbing your spine,

Switching the golden light on within your golden cord,

Your golden spine,

Bringing that energy into your lungs and your heart,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Forearms,

Hands,

And fingers,

Bringing that golden energy into your neck,

Into your mind,

Into your jaw,

Your skull,

Your eye sockets,

Softening your jaw and your teeth and your tongue,

Releasing the tension in your head.

And we open our crown to receive the beautiful energy from the cosmos.

This energy gets poured down like sparkly,

Glistening,

Glittery energy,

Beautiful silvery starry energy coming down,

Down,

Down.

This energy representing your higher self,

All your answers,

Your innate wisdom,

All the help that you need,

Your ancestors,

Departed loved ones,

Angels,

Masters,

Galactic beings,

Whoever you feel from your highest,

Highest good is coming in with pure,

Unconditional love for you.

And this energy comes down like a waterfall,

Cascading into your crown,

Trickling into your veins and your brain,

Opening those neuron pathways,

Opening new memory,

New remembrance of who you are,

Clarity,

Bringing it down into your throat,

Communication,

Opening your thyroid,

Opening you to speak your truth,

Coming down into your body,

Swirling in your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Down once again into your chest,

Your lungs,

Your heart,

Also remembering your kidneys,

Your adrenals,

Liver,

Pancreas,

Stomach,

Digestive system,

Into your pelvis,

Your hips,

Your organs,

Your legs,

Knees,

Shins,

Calves,

Ankles and feet,

Filling every single cell,

Every nervous system,

Every lymphatic system,

Every circulatory system in your body,

Swirling that gold and silvery high vibrational energy together and imagine the focus is on your heart chakra that sits in the center of your chest.

We send love to those ambulances if you heard them.

We have the extra special energy at this time.

Imagine your heart is like a lotus flower opening one petal at a time,

Starting to spin in a deep emerald green,

Spinning in perfect harmony for your body,

Opening to receive,

Receive,

Receive,

Receive.

That's what we're doing under this Taurus full moon today.

You are now fully grounded,

Fully connected,

Fully encoded in a protection bubble.

Now imagine seeing yourself dressed in white,

Bare feet,

Nothing else on your skin except a white gown or trousers,

Whatever you love to see yourself in,

A light cotton material.

White is the color of all colors.

When all colors are spun together,

It creates white,

The color of unity,

The color of oneness.

And as we now step out in nature,

Imagine seeing yourself sitting on the earth.

Your earth could be bare dirt or soil.

It could be grass.

You may feel comfortable on a beautiful big rock.

We're bringing the element in of the earth and thanking the earth element.

Behind you,

You can hear a body of water,

Whether it be a river,

A stream,

Or the ocean waves in the distance.

We're bringing in the element of water.

We're thanking the water element for being present with us.

The air is balmy,

But it's pleasant and just right for you.

You may feel a very slight gentle breeze on your cheeks,

The perfect temperature to do a meditation.

We're bringing in the element of air and we're thanking the air element.

In front of you is a gorgeous little campfire,

Perfect just for you right now.

We're bringing in the element of fire that is keeping you warm at the right temperature.

There's nothing like staring into a fire.

We thank the element of fire.

You look around you and you see it is already nighttime,

But all of the earth is lit up by that very,

Very powerful bright full moon in the sky.

It is beaming down on you,

Smiling upon you for taking the time to fill your own cup up.

The silver and the gold in the fire and the moon.

The silver glistening on the water and on the earth.

Somebody out there needs our love extra special today.

That sounded like a fire engine as we talked about the fire.

Regrowth,

Rebirth.

So as you stare up towards the moon,

You are joined by someone that loves you dearly in the spirit world.

Whether that be a guide,

A mentor,

An angel,

A departed loved one.

They are right with you to witness you changing your frequency into a higher frequency.

They don't need to lead you anywhere to let go and release.

They're here to celebrate your cup being filled.

Knowing that as you fill up with more light and love,

The darkness dissipates and transmutes naturally.

From the moon,

A beautiful stairway appears.

A translucent stairway.

In a sense,

It may look like ice.

Oplique,

In a sense,

This beautiful clear glass stairway.

Stairway to the moon,

The stairway to heaven.

And as you walk towards this stairway,

You can see it however you like.

It might be a straight stairway all the way to the moon,

Or it might go in a circular fashion from the earth to the moon.

It can look however you wish to design it because it's yours.

Before we step onto the stairway,

Just to acknowledge we're going to be doing a chakra meditation that involves 12 chakras,

Not seven.

We all need the extra power,

The extra unconditionals,

The extra everything right now.

So we're calling on the big guns to fill our etheric bodies,

Our auras,

Our physical body.

Before you step onto the staircase,

Imagine about 12 inches below your feet.

There is like a beautiful black and white chakra,

Spinning in perfect harmony.

It's a little bit like the yin and the yang.

This chakra represents a deep,

Deep grounding.

As we learn to adjust our frequencies to a higher calibre,

We need to ground even deeper.

And this is what the chakra represents.

It also represents a deeper connection to Mother Earth and her beauty,

Her nature.

And we can also help Mother Earth heal through the chakra.

So just for a minute,

Breathe all of that in,

Up into your body.

The ground beneath you,

You can see the chakra black and white spinning together.

Now take a step onto your staircase.

And as your foot hits the first step,

There is a segment of the staircase that turns a beautiful red.

This red representing the base chakra.

And imagine it is so catchy that it turns your gown red,

It turns you all red as you immerse yourself in this gorgeous colour.

So today,

We're bringing in beautiful energy,

Giving you that extra energy that you need right now.

Giving you that vitality for life.

That motivation for life.

That awakening and remembering who you are.

Grass roots,

Communities,

All of this opening your chakra to receive the abundance of the red.

The chakra representing that you have enough,

You have all the food and water you need.

All your finances are in abundance.

You have shelter.

You can take care of the loved ones around you.

Soak that red into your being.

Take a few steps up into the red and your next step,

Your staircase is going to turn orange.

Representing the sacral chakra.

See your gown or pants changing colour into a beautiful,

Brilliant orange.

Seeping into your skin,

Into your aura,

Into your etheric bodies.

Bringing in insight.

Bringing in heartfelt relationships.

Especially the relationship with yourself.

Loving yourself more each day.

Accepting yourself more each day.

Bringing in new aspirations and inspirations through the chakra.

Bringing in the talents of your ancestors through this chakra.

And that colour that the monks wear,

That beautiful orange,

Living in your being.

The colour that the monks wear,

Bliss.

Feel the bliss in your body.

To manifest is not just to think,

It's to feel.

Feel into it.

How does it feel?

Do you love that feeling?

Or is there just still a bit of darkness in you that needs to be released,

Whatever it represents today.

Bathe in the orange.

Feel it in your cells.

It is also your womb healing those issues.

Your organs.

Sexual organs.

There's another siren,

That's the fourth.

So let's just send them beautiful,

Beautiful love right now.

Feel that bliss.

Feel that insight turning into intuition.

Feel that gut feeling that does not steer you wrong.

Feel that femininity,

Even if you are male.

Rising within you.

Take a few steps in the orange up your stairway.

And the next step,

You're stepping onto a yellow one.

The solar plexus.

Where we hold like the beautiful sun,

All our happiness and joy.

Bring in that joy,

Bring in that lightness.

Bring in those balanced emotions.

Bring in that consciousness,

That deeper inner knowing and knowledge.

And that wisdom.

See your gown turn yellow.

Your skin turn yellow.

Your organs turn yellow.

Your veins turn yellow.

Drink it into your body.

Beautiful happiness,

Joy,

Fun times,

Lightness,

Collective consciousness.

Bathe in it.

See it go through your aura.

Into the next body.

Pushing it out.

So you are filled and all the darkness and black specks just dissipate.

Not even a worry or a need to know how,

Why or what.

Overriding it with beautiful healing color.

Basking in this beautiful warmth color.

And your next step is going to be green.

Into the heart we go.

Your love for yourself.

Filling your cup with beautiful emerald green throughout your entire body.

This is where we experience harmony.

And truth.

The only truth we need to be concerned about.

The only truth we need to be concerned about is our own.

And our own truth is happiness.

Whatever makes you happy,

Feel good from the heart.

Taking action from the heart with love.

Listening to our heart with love.

Green the color of growth.

Feeling your heart expand.

In this loving beautiful green energy where your whole body is changing to green.

The old wounds are being healed because you're so full of this beautiful high vibrational light.

Dissipating anything that is not from higher vibration right now.

The thymus high heart chakra.

We may all have different concepts of our 12 chakras.

But these are the ones I'm bringing you today.

Imagine your high heart between your heart chakra and your throat is switched on.

Everything in you turns turquoise.

This is the color of the Aquarian principles.

Where we do not put people where we don't want them to be.

This is the color of the Aquarian principles.

Where we do not put people on pedestals.

We follow the beat of our own beautiful heart.

The chakra represents our thymus which is our immune system.

So see it very very strong.

Overcoming any illness or low frequency dis-ease.

Seeing your cells turquoise.

Your gown.

Your aura.

Bringing in creativity at a higher level through your heart.

Bringing in a higher frequency communication where this is our regulator,

So to speak.

So when we speak from the heart into our truth,

It comes from a deep deep love.

A deep knowing.

A deep understanding that we've been here before and we've got this opportunity to act and speak through a higher frequency of love.

Bask in this beautiful energy.

Take a few steps in this beautiful turquoise up your staircase.

Your next step will be blue.

The throat chakra.

See your gown and your skin starting to turn this beautiful beautiful blue.

Blue representing peace.

Feel the peace in every single cell of your body.

Feel it nourishing your nervous system.

Nourishing your belly.

Overriding any ants or anxiety or anything like that.

Unblocking your throat so you may speak out in truth.

This is also the color of communication.

So it's like peaceful communication.

Communicating with yourself,

Your needs,

And then sending that out to your relationships and different people around you.

Feel the color of blue representing balance through every cell of your body.

Blue representing balance through every single part of your body.

I am in balance.

I have trust and faith.

I trust the process.

I override any lower vibration frequencies.

I am peace.

Take a few steps up your staircase.

And now we're stepping on to the next step which is a deeper blue.

An indigo blue,

A royal blue,

A darker blue.

And this represents in our third eye a sensitivity.

So our sensitivity has amazing boundaries around it where we recognize our sensitivity and we master it.

And we do not allow others to cross over this boundary of sensitivity.

That we have that imbalance also being the blue aspect.

So opening our third eye to our sixth sensing.

We have clarity in this deep blue.

Knowing,

Seeing,

Sensing.

Sensing who we are,

What we need to do next,

Or when we need to just be and relax.

Feel this beautiful deep indigo blue cascading over and through your body.

This is also our focus,

Deep concentration,

Allowing ourselves on our own path to dampen the noise and distractions outside and focus within on our own pathway.

Take a few steps on this beautiful royal blue.

On to the next step which is a violet color,

Our crown.

Bringing in that transformation that we all crave for.

Transforming the lower vibrations into the high,

Into the crown.

Bringing in that beautiful color of healing on all levels.

You are healed.

Bringing in that spirituality,

That higher vibe.

Spirituality means a deeper meaning to life.

It doesn't need to have a connotation to any type of religion except the beating of your own beautiful spiritual soul.

And this is where we think from a higher perspective through our other chakras,

Through our heart,

Higher heart,

Into our mind.

Bathe in this beautiful color.

Feel your body heal.

Feel your nervous system relaxed.

Feel your awakening switched on to a deeper level,

Knowing who you are,

Re-remembering your gifts and talents.

As we take a step on to the next step which is pure white,

The causal chakra.

This pure white,

This is purity.

This is your connection to spirit.

This is your funnel.

This is your communication from other realms,

From a higher place.

This is where we merge the female and the male energy together.

Where we are completely connected and have that knowing.

And that guidance can come straight through into us without a third party.

We're getting closer and closer to the moon.
