Taurus Full Moon Meditation - November 2022

A 40min guided full moon meditation for the Taurus full moon of November 2022 from Jackie Campbell.

This full moon is about letting go and surrendering. Release your assumptions and fears, regain the power over your body and your soul. Find your own way, and your own truth.

Welcome,

My name is Jackie and thank you for joining me on this Taurus full moon meditation,

Also infused with a total lunar eclipse.

For the last two weeks,

From the last new moon to now,

We have been in an eclipse season.

Two weeks of even more intensified energy,

An opportunity to show us what needs healing,

Sometimes our challenges are heightened,

Our fears are heightened,

But also on the flip side other positive things of manifesting and abundance and love are heightened as well.

It all depends where you are right now,

But we can use this lunar eclipse time to sit in the shadow side of ourselves and bring up anything,

Anything at all that does not resonate with this higher frequency,

This new earth energy that we are moving towards.

So this full moon is about letting go and surrendering,

So to release all personal assumptions,

We give our power away to so many others,

So this is about recognising where we are giving our power away,

How we think,

How we treat ourselves,

How we live,

What we are putting into our own bodies,

That we don't need to rely on anyone else for this except ourselves.

So in this meditation we are not only releasing all those fears of giving our power away for others to govern our body and our mind and our soul,

But we are also strengthening,

Strengthening that solar plexus chakra,

That inner strength power,

That tenacity of the torus,

That stubbornness I guess of finding your own freedom,

Finding your own way,

Your own truth and when we can sit in this space and realise that all around us the fear of the world is being amped for a very very good reason,

To show us what we don't have to do or feel anymore when we give our power away,

That we can hold our own power,

Project our own truth,

Manage our own body,

Our own feelings in our own life,

This in itself is the essence of true freedom,

True unconditional love.

So join me on this journey,

Open your hearts,

Open your mind,

Open yourself to more love,

More freedom,

More choice,

More compassion,

More truth in your heart.

So take a deep breath,

Get yourself comfy and allow yourself to let go and surrender.

We are placed in a beautiful golden orb of protection,

We are sealed and protected,

Free to journey,

Free to let go and imagine and dream and if you visualise beautiful ropes,

Free roots,

Ribbons,

Rays of light around your ankles and through your feet and visualise these cords going down through the floorboards,

From your feet,

Connecting down through the layers of Mother Earth,

Deep deep deep down into the core of beautiful Mother Gaia,

Imagine her golden heart beating in unison with yours and wrap those cords around her heart,

Feel her warmth,

Feel her support,

Feel her love.

Draw this energy up through your cords,

However you visualise and see and connect this energy into your feet where you are fully grounded,

Fully supported and fully loved and from your crown at the top of your head,

See light at the top of your head open like a flip top with your crown chakra spinning in the most vibrant violet beautiful colour,

Swirling and spinning and opening to receive the cosmic crystalline pure divine energy from the universe,

From the cosmos,

From your higher self,

From your wisdom and guidance,

From God.

Pour this energy down down down like shimmering golden silvery sparkly energy,

Clean pure pristine down down down,

See it connect into your crown and filter its way down through all your brain synapse,

Opening new neuron pathways,

Opening your mind to see differently,

To see your own truth,

To take that filter away,

To see your power,

Your magnificence,

To let go of that ego mind and open yourself to that sparkly new ray,

Fully powered brain and DNA functioning and as you allow this energy to trickle down,

See it come down through your neck,

Your throat,

Your chakras,

Your shoulders,

Your lungs,

Your spine,

Your heart,

Swirl that energy around your heart chakra,

Seeing your heart open like a lotus flower one petal at a time,

Bringing that energy down your arms and into your fingertips and opening your hand chakras,

Giving you that might as touch,

Whatever you touch turns to love and light,

Healing abundance,

Generosity,

Prosperity,

Bring this energy down down through your other chakras,

Your organs,

Your blood,

Your veins,

Your arteries,

Filling you with innate wisdom down into your digestive system,

Digesting what's going on on our planet but then also filtering it to our kidneys and beyond and letting it all go,

Clearing out our intestines,

Clearing out our bladder and bowel and base chakra and anything we're holding on to,

Release it and allow this energy to flow down your legs,

Connecting in with the earth energy,

Expand this energy out into your aura,

Clearing out any dross,

Any specks,

Sealing the holes in our aura and sending this energy out into our etheric bodies,

Our physical,

Our emotional,

Our mental,

Our soul blueprint,

Seeing yourself sparkly and cleansed and clear,

Open to receive,

Ready to bring in that bravery and what it takes to make that next step in your journey.

And visualize now the sky that is on dusk,

The stars coming out very very early,

The new stars,

The sky changing colors from a blue to a hue of pink and before you,

You see this most magnificent old historical tree,

Any type of tree at all,

It could be an elm,

A birch,

A fig,

A pine,

A willow,

Whatever it is for you,

It is old and ancient and it sees you,

It knows you,

It cares for you and at the base of this tree is a beautiful little spot for you to nestle in,

So you sit down and feel really comfortable with the back on your tree and the earth beneath your feet.

You may like to lie down where you have a type of branch or root of the tree underneath your back but you are very comfy and your head connecting to the tree,

However you feel most comfortable because this is all about you.

And in the background you do hear water running,

Whether it is a trickling stream or whether you are in the most beautiful park with the most beautiful fountain of water,

Bubbling away,

Trickling down,

You hear the element of water,

You have the earth beneath your feet or your back and you feel the element of air on your cheeks and you smell the sweetness of the tree or it could be the woody smell of the tree and the sweetness of the air around you.

And that beautiful sun,

That fiery sun going down as the sun sets,

Drawing in the energy of the sun and seeing the first sprinkle of stars as the sky turns its hues to the beginning of the night.

Feel yourself let go and relax,

Feel yourself safe and secure,

Feel yourself loved and cherished.

Invite a precious one to be with you,

A guide,

Departed loved one,

A light being,

Whoever comes to mind you are not alone as you drift off,

This is your guardian.

And as the sky becomes darker and you look up through the beautiful big ancient tree branches,

Its leaves softly dancing in the breeze,

You can see the stars through the leaves and you see the most magnificent full moon beaming down on you,

Lighting up the tree,

So you see the shadows of the tree,

You see the nature spirits in the tree,

You see the nature spirits all around you,

In the shadows of the other trees,

The plants,

The field perhaps,

The flowers,

See the breeze illuminating the dance of nature around you.

And as you adjust to the darkness but also it is light,

The solar eclipse starts to happen where the shadow starts to cover the moon.

It is supposed to be a long and intense lunar eclipse this time but of course in this meditation we will quicken that.

So as the shadow starts to overtake the moon,

The sky becomes darker and darker and darker and darker.

Remember sometimes we need to go into the dark before we can come back out to the light.

So this is a fantastic amazing opportunity for you to see in the dark,

For you to sit in your own heart,

This darkness that has overcome the whole of the planet and the whole of the scenario and the scene where you are sitting right now,

Where you can't see the fountain or the water,

You can't see anything in front of you,

You are sitting in complete darkness in the shadow.

But the shadow,

It reveals what is lurking there for you,

For self.

Sometimes we try to avoid being brought into this place because of our fears.

The biggest challenge we face is facing our own shadows and learning to love and accept all parts of ourselves.

So just sit for a minute and see what your shadow is for you today.

It could be self-criticism,

Self-doubt,

Fear,

Self-judgment,

Deep pain,

Deep unforgiveness and all those other things of shame and guilt and rejection,

Not being good enough.

Sit for a moment and feel your shadow and your honesty.

Be honest with yourself,

This is an opportunity to clear something really deep without having to go through it day after day,

Month after month,

Year after year,

This is it.

The planets,

The moon has aligned for you to let go but first we need to acknowledge and face it.

We are also coming up to the 11-11 portal,

Wow what a time to let go of something deep and big for you.

Acknowledge these feelings,

Acknowledge the situation.

If you don't know what it is,

Then know that there is a deep fear deep down within that holds you back from your own freedom.

Will be the fear of the unknown.

And as you sit in this place of uncomfortableness,

Feeling it somewhere in your body,

As you open your eyes you see this amazing massive ball of fiery golden light shimmering and starting to move towards you.

You can feel the presence,

It is pure healing energy,

Pure light that can break up any type of dark energy held within your body.

The light is shining on your shadow.

Be not afraid of it,

Draw it in closer and closer.

Take your power and direct this ball wherever in your body you are feeling your uncomfortableness,

Your pain,

Your fear,

Your emotion,

Your heaviness.

Bring it in through the walls of your etheric bodies and aura and into your body.

And into the corresponding chakra,

For instance if you feel it in your digestive system,

Bring it into your sacral orange chakra or if you are feeling it in your hips the same.

Feeling it in your back somewhere,

Perhaps in your shoulder blades,

Bring the energy into your heart and your neck will be your blue chakra,

The throat.

Feel the dark old energy in you that could be patterns,

Conditions,

Your ancestral lineage,

Karma,

Past lives,

Dissolving,

Disintegrating as the light breaks it up.

And as you feel your body get lighter and that shadowy,

Fairy ugly yucky feeling start to lift,

Open your eyes and watch another golden ball shimmer towards you.

Sit in that moment and look at the magnificence of this energy ball that is getting closer and closer.

And we are going to direct this energy ball straight into our solar plexus chakra,

The chakra that sits above your navel.

And as it enters into,

Through your aura and into your body,

Feel all the disempowerment,

The power that you've given away to others.

Feel the fear and the anxiety disintegrate and clear.

And feel the heat of this golden energy ball bring into you your own innate power,

Powering you up,

Helping you become more conscious,

More conscious of your thoughts,

What you're putting into your body,

Where you are directing your body and your life.

Bring in that empowerment.

You are in charge of your vessel.

You are at the steering wheel.

You command what is right and what is wrong for you.

There has never ever been a time more than now where we need this empowerment sitting in our yellow chakra,

Our intuition to guide us and to discern us through all this news and energy and media and people talking,

Authority,

Governments,

Medical professions.

There's never ever been more of a time that we need our own discernment,

Our own truth to govern us through.

Feel the electricity from this ball,

Electrifying your whole body,

Turning your whole body on,

Bringing up your self esteem and confidence and that determination of the ball and that bravery to take charge of something in your life right now.

It is time to step up and out,

Whatever that means for you.

And we draw in another golden energy ball that is coming straight for your third eye.

We are open to receive this blast of golden,

Pure,

Fiery energy into our pineal gland,

Unraveling the cotton wool feeling around our pineal gland,

Our antenna to our spiritual families,

Our soul families,

Our communities,

Our tribe,

Our wisdom and knowledge and ancient,

Our ancient,

Ancient wisdoms.

And as this beautiful energy ball has entered your third eye cleared your pineal gland,

Allow your third eye to open like a sparkly eye,

A deep cobalt blue eye with sparkly gold threads through it,

Alive,

Passionate,

Connected,

Switched on,

Switched on to your ancient gifts,

Your sixth sensing,

Your telepathy,

Your knowing,

Your clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Claircentience,

Claircognience opening you and allowing no other lower frequencies to touch this innate gift that you are within your own third eye.

And imagine another beautiful,

Huge,

Big,

Bright,

Golden ball coming towards you and coming straight for your heart and exploding into your heart,

Clearing out all those dark fragments of broken heartedness,

All the rejections and betrayals be gone,

Be gone,

Be gone,

Bringing in the light,

Bringing in the happiness,

The love,

The unconditional love for self that will reflect out to others,

Attracting the right friends,

The right groups,

The right frequencies that match your heart frequency.

Feel it shimmering through every single cell in your body,

Feel alive.

And as you feel alive and your body becomes on fire with the most innate,

Beautiful,

Cosmic light energy,

Your true origin,

The eclipse starts to fade off the moon,

Moving across as the moon starts to come out bright,

Illuminated,

Beautiful,

The silvery,

Bright,

Bright goddess moon and down on earth here,

You are this golden shimmery ball of gold,

Bringing the gold and the silver together as one.

For we are the moon and the moon is us,

We are the earth and the moon is us,

We are the trees and the trees are us.

We are learning to be at peace,

To be at one.

The only way to do this is to pull out those cords where we have allowed our power to go,

That we have given our power to a guru or a doctor or government or teacher or whatever it is for you.

Unplug,

Pull that power back in,

Follow your own innate wisdom.

You have all the answers,

You do not have to follow anyone but your own heart.

And it is a tricky discernment of your own heart not to follow the emotional,

Needy type,

Emotional energy that comes with heart but to go deeper down within your own stance where you are heart,

Where you are love and you are sure with no doubt to follow your own personal power.

And if you have gone off anywhere I invite you to come back now but stay in this beautiful position under the moon and in your own power.

And as your power,

Your golden orb is glowing and on fire,

Send those fireballs out to all the people you love,

To even your enemies where you have pulled in your power to almost send a ball of fire to them without attachment,

Their energy healing viable.

Send this love and energy healing to all parts of the earth for all humans,

For all leaders,

For the new leaders rising,

Give them support and love without attachment,

Hold your power to you.

And I will leave you in this beautiful space now,

Enjoy this moment,

Live in this moment.

Depression is in the past,

Anxiety is in the future,

It does not serve us anymore,

Never has and we are learning to stay in your power and your moment in this moment right now.
