Welcome everybody,
Welcome to a guided meditation.
Normally I'm not doing them around the new moons but I thought this one was very important since we've just been through such a rocky time in this amazing eclipse season and also being the ninth month in 2025 that equals a nine so we're really truly ending cycles.
So let's just reflect on where we've been in the last two weeks to now really or even the last four weeks from the last new moon or so forth and so I'm going to ask you now in this solar eclipse in Virgo where have you been triggered and if you have been triggered what has your reactions been?
Now this isn't about judging yourself being hard on yourself because we're all in utter chaos and turmoil.
Now if your life is pretty plain sailing at the moment then perhaps you can be an anchor for others and for the world bringing in the divine light that is already flooding our planet but can be tenfold when we put our attention to the needs of the world.
So a Virgo,
Virgos can be very kind and gentle and supportive so let's look at that energy as we're coming out the back of this solar eclipse and the solar eclipse is when the moon passes directly between the Sun and the earth and so what this means is there is a gateway,
A portal.
We have portals every day however on these specific days the energy is heightened,
The frequency is heightened a few days before and a few days after.
This isn't going to be a long meditation it is more about helping you ground,
Get back into your body,
Stay in your lane,
Release any of the triggers,
The anger,
The worries,
The concerns that have been coming up for you,
Your family,
Your friends,
And the world and what's going on in and around the world.
Get yourself nice and comfy,
Take some deep breaths,
Breathing deeply in down into your belly and breathing out,
Taking some long sighs if you need to,
Noticing if your shoulders are tense,
Your stomach is tightened or even if your toes are curled,
Releasing yourself from all the anguish going on at the moment.
Breathing deeply in and breathing out.
You may like to do it on the count of 4.
Breathing in 2,

Noticing your breath,
Noticing your heartbeat and taking note of what is going on around you,
The sounds that you hear,
The smells that you smell,
The taste in your mouth,
The temperature on your skin,
What you are seeing behind your closed eyelids and what this is doing is it's bringing you back into the present,
Into the present moment,
Letting go of all social media platforms,
The news,
The anger,
The out-of-controls,
The heartaches and the grief that we are all having for the earth and what's going on on the earth.
Let's focus now completely on your body.
Where is your body at right now?
Firstly,
Let's ground ourselves.
So imagine from the beautiful heavens,
From the universe,
From God source,
Whoever you believe in,
Your higher self,
Your angels,
Your ancestors,
Your light beings,
Masters,
Goddesses,
Gods,
Whoever it is for you,
We are all on this planet to experience,
To experience different perspectives,
Have different points of view,
Knowing that there is no one way is the right way,
That we are here to learn,
To come together,
To come together with patience for others opinions,
Compassion for how others see the world,
To experience all emotions and we're here to learn how to master these emotions.
So bringing in that energy down,
Down,
Down into your crown.
Imagine it as a beautiful golden thread of light and it is coming down into your crown and starting to come into your head,
Filling your mind,
Filling your brain,
Kick starting the synapses that have been shut down,
Blocked off,
Re-routing so that you can open your mind to other people's perspectives and opinions and also opening your mind to your own truth,
Your very valuable opinion and speaking it from the heart.
Imagine this golden energy is connecting into that the top of your neck,
The top of your spine and it's coming down each vertebrae one at a time like a golden stairway,
Igniting your vertebrae and all the nerves that come from your back,
Going all the way down,
Down to the base of your spine and imagine if you are sitting or lying that these roots,
These golden roots are now coming from the base of your spine,
Through your chair and into the floor,
Through the floorboards and into the earth or if you're lying down you might like to imagine golden roots coming out of your spine,
Little wee roots coming down directing through whatever you are on and down into the earth.
These roots are going deep,
Deep,
Deep down into the earth and as they go down you start to feel more relaxed,
More at peace,
More at one.
Your body may feel heavy,
Your heartbeat may be slowing down,
Your eyelids feel heavy as you want to just relax and even feel like you want to sleep.
Every time my voice goes off on this journey that you bring your mind back to this voice.
When you are going off on all sorts of tangents,
What you need to be doing,
What's happened,
The loops in your head.
Acknowledge these and then bring your thoughts back to my voice.
And as these tree roots are now connecting into the earth's heart,
Imagine her golden beautiful beating heart in her center,
Completely grounding you and what this does is it brings all our thoughts that have been all over the place or unfocused or directed in all sorts of directions except the direction you want to be moving towards.
It's bringing all those thoughts in and being completely grounded.
Imagine now that we're focusing on our body and we're going to scan from the top down to the toes.
Now if you have been triggered,
Scan your body and when you think of a trigger,
Where do you feel it in your body?
Some people feel a tightness in their stomach or their tummy might be doing flip-flops or topsy-turvies.
Some people feel it in their chest or their throat.
The restrictions,
The constrictions around not being able to speak out or feeling it heavy in their hearts.
Some may feel it in their shoulders like they're carrying a burden.
Wherever you're feeling it,
Acknowledge it.
We all get triggered from time to time.
Wherever that pain may be coming up for you or that tightness or that heaviness,
That acknowledgement,
Let's send beautiful violet healing energy,
Transformative energy that can cleanse and clear this area.
What comes to mind in this moment is Saint Germain is here to help us as well.
Transforming anything of low vibration out of our body,
All we need to do is ask.
Scanning your beautiful body,
Giving it the love it deserves if you've been neglecting it.
Acknowledging those aches and pains,
Sitting with certain areas longer than others because they are in need.
And as your body is feeling more and more relaxed and calm and in this moment,
In this time and space,
Now imagine your heart chakra.
Let's focus on the green chakra that is positioned in your chest like a spinning wheel of green light.
Yours may not feel very light.
It may be quite dark green or black specks.
This is okay.
It doesn't matter where you feel like your heart is right now.
This is our focus.
Imagine in front of your heart chakra is a very,
Very big door.
How does your door look to you?
Is it a big wooden door?
A big raw iron door?
Steel door?
Is it a single door or double doors?
However you see it,
It is representing the layers of grief,
Heartache,
Pain,
Trauma,
Depression,
Low vibration that stops you getting to your true essence of your heart.
But in this moment,
In this meditation,
There is also a beautiful key being presented to you.
This key is going to unlock that door.
How does your key look to you?
Is it a big old fashioned key?
A golden key?
Or is it a small key?
Or is it whatever it is for you?
It is right.
Now you may not feel like unlocking this door right now.
But know that you are in a bubble of protection,
Of safety.
And this meditation isn't about delving into the old stuck energy or the traumas that you've been through.
This is purely to open you to the loving light and gratitude that resides deep,
Deep within our hearts.
So imagine turning that key and opening the door.
Noticing whether the door opens freely and fast or slow with resistance.
Noticing if it's a heavy door or a light door.
Noticing what it is to you,
The restrictions around your heart.
The burdens we place on ourselves when things go on around the world.
So as your door is opened,
There is your beautiful chakra.
Beautiful,
Beautiful emerald green chakra.
And we call on our higher guidance.
Maybe angels,
Whoever is right for you.
To pour beautiful love inside this doorway,
Directing it to your chakra.
And as this beautiful unconditional love is poured straight into your heart,
You may like to see it as a color energy,
A green energy,
Or a gold energy,
Or even some people say pink for the chakra of the heart.
It may be silvery,
Whatever it is,
It is right for you.
And this energy is going around this heart,
Clearing out the old hurts.
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Bringing it back to life with sparkle,
Prosperity and abundance.
All attributes of who we truly are,
Divinity,
Divine hearts.
And as this energy starts to flood your heart,
The woes of life in the world dissipate away.
And instead,
Gratitude replaces the pain and suffering.
Gratitude for what you have in your life,
No matter how small.
When we take those stories away,
Those patterns away,
Those negative words geared to keep us in a low frequency,
What do we have?
We have gratitude and gratitude means we create more of the same.
Gratitude is the key to a beautiful life in a beautiful world.
So just for a moment scan your own body and where in your body can you give gratitude?
It may be hard,
But there will be an aspect of you that deep down you like.
Admit it.
Perhaps it's your skin or it's your eyes.
Perhaps you have long legs or a beautiful smile.
Perhaps you have nice coloured hair,
High cheekbones.
Whatever it is for you,
Acknowledge it and be so grateful.
And if you've got more than one,
Pile it on.
Say them out loud.
I'm so grateful for my small nose.
Or I'm so grateful for my beautiful big ears because they take after my dad.
I am so grateful for my feet that walk me everywhere every day.
I'm so grateful for my hands that work hard for me without much reward.
Whatever it is for you.
And now look at your home.
Perhaps you're not in the ideal home at the moment,
But there is always,
Always something to be grateful for,
For the home that you live in.
Perhaps it is shelter.
You have a roof over your head,
Full stop.
Or whatever it is for you,
You may have a nice garden,
You may have your own bedroom,
You may have your own bed,
You may have a beautiful comfy pillow.
No matter how small it is,
Or if there are many,
Many reasons to be grateful for your home.
It could be a caravan.
It could be a tent.
Whatever it is,
There's something to be grateful for.
You may have a pot to boil your water and cook your baked beans.
It doesn't matter what it is,
Or how.
It's not about how you see it.
It's what you have in your life to be grateful for.
And now let's go to the relationships in your life.
There may be times,
Or there might be people around you that are triggering you,
Or that you're not gelling with.
Or you may have people in your life that you just know that they love you for you.
Or you may have people that are loving you with conditions.
But whatever it is for you,
There is something in relationships to be grateful for.
Maybe they're showing you a reflection of yourself.
Maybe they're showing you an area that needs healing within yourself.
Whatever it is for you,
Acknowledge your relationships one by one,
And find a piece of gratitude within them.
There may only be one person that you feel like you can be grateful for.
We can all be grateful for our mums for giving birth to us,
And our dads for helping in the process.
Even if that is it.
Well maybe you have many many blessings in your life,
With many people that you are so grateful for.
Remember it doesn't matter how small or how big,
It's just bringing that gratefulness into your beautiful heart.
Opening your heart and expanding it.
Now let's think about nature around us,
And what she does for us.
Again you might not think there's much to be grateful for.
It might be raining,
Or storming,
Or cold,
Or whatever it is for you.
But the Sun comes up every single day.
Every day we get a chance to reset.
Whether you live in the city,
Or the bush,
Or the forest,
Or by a lake,
Or by a river,
Or even in a concrete jungle,
There will be flowers growing in the cracks.
There'll be a pot plant somewhere that you can see on your way to work.
There may be a park,
Or a garden that you can relate to.
There is always something in nature to be grateful for.
What about nature growing our food?
Sometimes we're not in the position to buy fresh,
Organic,
Expensive food.
But we're still getting food in our bellies.
We are still alive,
And we're still drinking water.
And when we learn the art to transmute the nasties out of our water,
It becomes pure live energy.
Imagine the foods you've been eating in the last couple of weeks.
How grateful we are to be fed,
Even if it is a hardship at the supermarket.
And whatever else you can now think of to be grateful for,
No matter how small,
You might have some comfy slippers.
You may have a nice t-shirt that you love to death.
You may have a friend who rings you every now and then,
Or you ring them.
Bring in that beautiful gratitude into your heart.
This is how we bring peace to the earth.
This is how we change our lives by more of the same.
The energy has been hard of late,
But the flip side is also really good for manifesting,
And it is a new moon.
So let's manifest gratitude,
And realize how much easier it is in these high-frequency energies to sustain that gratitude,
That it sticks with you,
That you remember it,
That it puts a beat in your step.
It is such a privilege to be alive on earth through all this turmoil right now.
We signed up for it,
So let's make the most of it.
Let's do our part,
And send love and gratitude where we can.
As a collective,
We are such powerful beings.
Imagine we are now forming a circle together from all corners of the earth,
Holding hands with beautiful,
Bright,
Gleaming,
Open hearts,
Full of trust,
Full of hope,
Full of faith,
Full of love.
And together as a collective,
We radiate this beautiful love to all parts of the world that are in upheaval right now.
We send out love to the ones caught in the crossfires.
We send out love to the ones on the brink of cracking their hearts open,
But they don't know how.
We send out love to the families that have experienced losses.
We send out love to the world leaders that they are starting to hear the people in one way or another.
We send out love to the waters,
For all the water we drink turns to beautiful,
High-frequency,
Crystalline energy.
We send out love to all our crops and all our food,
That when it touches our palate,
It turns into the most nourishing,
Gorgeous,
Tasting,
Nutritious food.
Even if our circumstances aren't ideal at the moment,
We can transmute in this energy and sow new seeds for our futures.
Send out love from the circle to all your loved ones,
All your friends,
All your relatives,
Your partners,
Your children,
Your parents.
Stay in your own lane.
Let go of the outside noise.
Create the love,
Gratitude and abundance within you,
Within your vessel,
As we all together ground this beautiful energy into Mother Earth.
Our beautiful purpose to just ground the light right now.
Be this dead fast when we can.
You can stay here as long as you like.
