Welcome,

Welcome to a Libra Full Moon Relaxation Meditation.

Thank you for joining me and thank you for taking the time for yourself and your body and your mind and your soul on your journey and that you are here and present and open to let go,

Transmute and also be open to receive and manifest into your future.

So in this meditation it feels more about staying in our body,

Not journeying anywhere but to really take note of what our body is feeling,

Where our emotions are and how we are handling and feeling what is going on all around us at the moment.

So as I'm very aware of all the atrocities going on out there in the world,

It is also very important to understand if we want the world to change then we need to change internally and what is it in our life that doesn't bring us balance and harmony?

What is it within us?

What is the reflection in us that we can take note here and now and help to let go and transmute?

The world will not change if we keep focusing on the outer topics and narratives and dramas and chaos going on out there.

The world will change when we can connect to ourselves,

To Mother Earth,

To all the seasons,

The North,

The South,

The East,

The West,

The Air,

The Earth,

The Water,

The Fire into our own rituals,

In our own sacred space and into our hearts.

This is where true change starts.

So also feel and understand too that it is really time to leave our shackles and our unconscious actions,

Patterns and thoughts behind and this is what this meditation will help you do.

Full moons bring things to a head so it's to take note where you are at this Libra full moon.

Full moons also bring things to fruition so what is it that you're on the cusp of or what is it that you want to bring into your own life,

Into your own world?

So take a big breath,

Sit back,

Lie down,

Whatever you feel is best for you and relax.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Take deep breaths in and breathe out,

Allowing your body to relax more,

Allowing those thoughts to run through your mind as you get more settled into the sacred space and the sacred time that you've taken for your sacred self.

Keep breathing and relaxing,

Switching off what happened yesterday,

Last week or even an hour ago,

Switching off what you need to do tomorrow,

Next week or even an hour from now.

Be in this moment,

Be present.

Libra full moons or the Libra is about balance,

Harmony,

Peace and Libra is big on justice.

So we're going to relax into our bodies and ask ourselves some questions that will help pinpoint what is it that isn't quite in balance or not quite in harmony or not peaceful or there may be some injustice in your life.

Lastly let's go through our body and feel in our body the tension that needs to be released,

The aches that need to be acknowledged and accepted so that they will release.

Do you have any tightness,

Tiredness,

Stuckness?

Start from our feet,

Feel any blocks or tension or sore achiness in your feet,

Release,

Acknowledging our beautiful feet for walking us through your life,

Walking you for wherever you need to go,

Perhaps keeping you fit by running,

Going to the gym,

Dancing.

And if they're not working very well,

Send them love.

They're feeling sluggish or they cannot be used at present.

Fill your feet with love and acceptance and admiration.

Draw up into your calves,

Your shins,

Releasing any tension,

Acknowledging these parts of your body and into your knees.

Sometimes knees can represent direction if they are sore.

Are you moving in the right direction?

Draw into your thighs and your hamstrings,

Releasing that tension,

Any aches and pains.

Feel your legs heavy,

Relaxed.

Open.

Take the energy into your hips and your pelvis area,

The energy of your intention and your thoughts of what it is that you are releasing or letting go of.

This can be about family difficulties,

About relationships.

This is also the base of our spine,

Our base chakra,

The red chakra,

Feeling ungrounded.

The red chakra is about overcoming survival issues.

How will you survive if you follow your heart or your dreams or peace?

Letting go of all that doesn't matter.

We are looked after by the universe,

By the angels,

By source,

By masters,

All this high vibrant vibration at our fingertips.

Take your focus into your digestive system.

This is where we hold the essence of life.

What is it that you are not letting go of?

What is it that is not flowing through those intestines and kidneys?

Maybe you hold a little bit of weight around here.

Whose problems are you taking on?

This is the relationship area.

This is our ancestral timeline.

This is the past lives that we are releasing and letting go of.

Feel your tummy relax.

Let go of every layer of muscle.

Bring your attention into your solar plexus,

Your yellow chakra,

Where we hold our fears and our anxieties.

This is our stomach,

The essence of what we are putting into our bodies,

Our pancreas,

The sweetness of life,

And our liver,

Our cleanser of all chemicals that run through our body.

This is also the area of joy and intuition,

Our gut feeling.

This is the area to pay attention to when we are reading stuff,

Buying into stuff,

Uncertain of whose truth is right or wrong.

This is our own truth in our own solar,

Connected to the sun and the warmth and the joy and the harmony.

This is where we let go of the anxieties,

The worrying of tomorrow,

The fear of what is going to happen next,

When all that matters is that us in this moment keeps creating joy.

Us in this moment to radiate to others only that of what you wish them to radiate back to you.

Bring your attention now into your heart,

The love that you feel,

Or maybe the lack of love that you feel.

Acknowledge your body if there is any tightness or any pain and release.

Let go.

Allow the transmutation of this old energy out of your heart to be released.

Bringing in that deep love for self,

That is where it starts.

A deep love for planet Gaia,

Our mother earth,

Who is in harmony with us when we are in harmony with ourselves.

Green representing trust,

That deep,

Innate trust that you are in the perfect place at the perfect time,

That your soul is journeying you where you are meant to go and meant to be.

For whatever reason that is to you.

The world is speeding up.

We are in the quickening.

More so than ever,

It is time to listen to our hearts,

Our deep intuition and the trust we have within ourselves.

This is also connected to our lungs,

Breathing in the happiness of life,

Looking at life with the cup half full.

There's always going to be doom and gloom around us.

That is part of living on earth,

Being a multi-dimensional being,

But it is how we perceive,

How we see and how we can flip it and change it.

When we feel that gratitude for the smallest things in our lives,

This attracts more.

Bringing your focus into your neck,

Our blue chakra,

Communication,

Our thyroid,

Where our hormones are equally distributed.

Does this feel imbalanced for you?

Are you speaking your truth or are you staying numbed down and shut down?

There is a way of speaking your truth without putting yourself in the spotlight.

There is a way to communicate with people through your love and intention of peace and harmony.

If you are not communicating your words in a way from peace and harmony from your heart,

Then perhaps this is an area that you can acknowledge and review and make a conscious decision and effort to let that part of you go in this illuminated full moon.

We draw in the Blu-ray,

The Blu-ray of Archangel Michael,

Cutting those cords around this area so that we may speak freely with power and strength.

Come up into your mind now,

Our busy,

Busy minds.

And in this moment,

We take some deep breaths,

Bringing that breath into our brain.

Relaxing our brain,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eye sockets,

Your lips and your mouth,

Feeling the energy of relaxation come into your head.

Allowing those new neuron pathways to be opened and ignited,

Illuminated,

Sparked like rebooting an old computer of old paradigms and old patterns and thoughts.

We need to stay still now and then to allow this to happen.

We need to be in a place where we can be calm and shut the outside world out.

Even more important to do so right now.

We are creating a new earth like none ever created before on this planet.

It is in our sovereignty to stay grounded,

Stay connected into our hearts and be open to the changes going on in our mind.

Take our connection,

All the connection of ourselves into our crown where we can dream,

Dream big,

Not small,

However always known.

Dreams do come true.

Daydreaming is part of our true reality.

How can we create?

How can we gather the momentum of innate power if we don't dream big?

If you tend to stay small under the radar,

This is the chakra that connects us.

This is our radar chakra out to all of the universe,

Our galaxy,

Our universe and other universes,

Other beings of light from the love and the heart.

Nothing lower when you have the intention and that protection around you,

Nothing lower can get in,

But it takes practice to breathe and to sit still.

And as you feel your body releasing and letting go,

Staying in that flow of love and peace and harmony,

Just imagine wherever you are right now that the floor beneath you turns to earth,

That you are sitting,

Lying or you are connected to mother earth's raw beauty.

Whatever that is for you,

It might be soft green grass,

It might be the warm beach sand beneath you,

Beneath your toes,

Maybe the coolness of smooth rocks.

This is bringing in the element of the earth and we bring in the element of fire.

See and imagine the beautiful ball of fire,

The sun above you,

Flowing down to you vitamin D through your cells,

Giving you the warmth and the joy of the temperature being just right for you,

Filling you with that fiery passionate energy that you are,

That power,

That element of the fire.

Imagine in the background you can hear running water,

Whether it be a waterfall,

A little caress,

A trickle,

A fountain,

The beach waves or the river.

Feel the harmony of the water on the outside of you but also residing within you.

We are made of 80% water,

Allow the energy of loving water to transpire through your every watery cell,

Flowing you and that feminine goddess energy that you are,

Female or male.

The element of water.

Bring in the element of air,

The soft beautiful breeze blowing on your cheeks and through your hair,

The perfect temperature to keep you cool and flowing.

And imagine this air pushing through into your mind,

Blowing out those cobwebs,

Blowing out that old old stagnant stuff,

Blowing out those lifetimes of ancestors,

DNA built up and where only that small part of your brain is functioning,

We blow it all out with the breath of air through us,

Travelling out the other side.

You may visualise it coming in your ear,

Flowing through your mind,

Crisp,

Clean,

Cosmic,

Crystalline air,

Energy,

Flowing it out the other air,

The element of air,

The earth,

The fire,

The water and the air.

We are all,

While you are in the state of total bliss,

Total sovereignty,

Total integrity,

The world may be crashing its paradigms all around you,

Old structures breaking down,

Holes in the dam forming,

Chaos,

Relationships,

Fear,

You name it,

All around you but in your world you stand strong,

You stand grounded,

You stand in your heart,

Nothing can touch you in this atmosphere,

In this moment that you have created for yourself.

Keep note of how your body is feeling right now,

There are still any aches and pains,

Blocks,

Heaviness,

Lightness,

Tingles,

Give it to the universe,

Let go of the control.

Feel into your emotions,

What are you feeling right now?

Do you still feel how you did before you started or are you feeling slightly different,

Altered?

If you are still feeling how you were to start with,

Then acknowledge this,

Be kind to yourself,

Acknowledge what you are feeling,

Where is it in your body that you are feeling it?

This is an area to look at under this full moon energy,

To really peel back those layers and allow yourself to be in it,

If you feel depressed,

Feel it,

Where is it in your body that you feel it?

Is it in your gut?

Is it in your head?

If you feel guilty for being happy when everyone around you isn't,

What is this about?

Where do you feel it?

Imagine those thoughts going on in your head,

Have you been able to relax,

Focus and listen or is your brain scrambling and still all over the place?

What is it that you need to relax your mind?

Is it the atmosphere that you are living in at home?

Is it work?

Is it the feeling of lack,

Lack of what you don't have anymore?

Or is it too busy worrying about what else is going on out there,

Outside of your world?

Doesn't matter where you are at,

What you are feeling,

We all have this opportunity to take note of where we're at two years down the track,

What we are buying into,

What we are not.

Full moons bring up everything to the surface.

It's okay to create that new world.

We need to feel everything,

Unfortunately sometimes because it can be very painful,

It can be very isolated and lonely.

But it's necessary because remember the waves of the ocean,

They come in and they come out.

There will be a new ebb and flow for you.

It's a matter of timing,

It's a matter of healing and acknowledgement.

Not shoving things under the carpet anymore,

Not putting things in the back of the closet.

Doing one onion layer at a time.

What is it that you are seeing on your outside world that is affecting you?

What is it that you can change your perspective on or change your focus to take you away from that feeling to bring in that joy even for a few moments a day?

To bring in that harmony into your body and make it feel better.

Acknowledging what's going on in your body,

Your mind,

Your mental capacity,

In your own inner world and the reflection of what you are focusing on in your outside world is the creator of change,

Great change.

And as this world is speeding up and quickening,

It means our healing is speeding up and quickening as well.

So it's a celebration of time of liberation,

A time of injustice being shown and bringing us into justice and balance.

A time of letting go of victimhood and bringing us into our power and creating and forming new seeds of growth that will eventually all connect with our communities as we nurture and grow ourselves.

We nurture and grow with others as a collective.

We all have a different way of seeing what meditation is to each person.

But I personally feel we live in a very busy world.

We cannot shut our brain down.

But if we can have a dialogue with it and ask these questions,

What am I feeling?

Why am I feeling this way?

This is when our brain starts to still because we acknowledge.

So we bring in that energy of that high vibration into our auras right now.

And we send out that love to all parts of the world,

To any area that is coming to mind for you on a collective.

This is helping one hundred fold.

That is the energy.

Whatever our intention,

Wherever our intention goes,

This is what we create.

Let's create a world of peace,

Love,

Harmony,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Sharing and caring.

Each one of us raising the collective consciousness.

There are people awakening all over the world like never before.

The darkness has to show its face.

So the veil becomes thinner and we become more aware together.

Together we've got this.

I've got your back.

You've got my back.

Let's do this together.

Feel the collective love around you.

The love of Mother Earth surrounding you.

Holding you and nurturing you.

Open your minds and hearts to this great awakening.

And in that,

Your mind and where your soul is leading you or showing you.
