By request, an Aries New Moon Eclipse Meditation for April 2023 by Jackie Campbell.
This upcoming two-week solar eclipse season is time-powerful energy and gives us the opportunity to release our old beliefs, behaviors, conditions, and reactions. The eclipse energy helps shake them loose.

Welcome,

Welcome to an Aries New Moon Eclipse Meditation.

And I'd like to thank you,

Thank you for listening and also leaving comments and reviews.

It really does encourage me to carry on with this type of work.

So,

And that is why we are doing a New Moon Meditation on request.

So,

Buckle up,

Sit back,

Let go,

Relax.

Eclipses fall,

We have two seasons every year and they last for a span of two weeks around a New Moon and a Full Moon.

We can use these,

Such another powerful opportunity to release substantially,

To allow the moonlight,

To allow the heavens,

The universe to illuminate and shine down on us what we need to release.

So,

We're in a solar eclipse for the New Moon.

Lunar eclipses are always on a Full Moon.

So,

We have this two week window of powerful,

Potent energy.

It's like turbocharged.

And so,

Why not utilize this energy for anywhere in your life that you have old beliefs,

Old patterning,

Conditions,

Behaviors,

Reactions and old intentions.

The eclipse energy helps shake loose,

Shake these up and shake them loose for you to release.

So,

In this meditation,

Let's take note of what comes up for you.

Where you may be resisting or where you may feel rigid or stuck or chained or boundary-less.

And also,

Feel it in your body because we're going to be cutting some deep seated chords today.

And so,

And then allow over the next two weeks as well to see what comes up for you.

Remember that you've done this meditation and before you react,

Because we're in that Aries,

That fiery,

First out the gate,

You know,

Off like a bullet type thing,

That type of energy.

So,

It's for us to breathe,

Take a step back.

Why is this happening to me right now?

What is it in here that I'm releasing,

Learning?

This challenge is an opportunity because as we know,

Every single person has been shaken to the core to move into our heart space and our solar plex intuition space for the rising of the feminine goddess energy,

For the rising of frequency because we cannot live on a high-powered,

Crystalline,

Light body,

Fifth dimensional,

New earth frequency if we're still dragging the old stuff along with us.

So,

Face it.

Here we go.

Take some deep breaths.

Release your day.

Release what's happened before this moment.

Clearing,

Almost like your calendar,

For this special time together,

This time that you've given yourself,

That you have shown up.

That has enormous power in itself.

Letting go of tomorrow.

Doesn't matter what's coming or happening in the hour after this meditation.

We're bringing our focus into now.

Keep taking deep breaths all the way down into your base,

Into the pit of your belly.

And as you do so,

Release your tummy,

Release your muscles,

Release your torso.

Let go of your shoulders that are pinned up by your ears.

Feel your self start to relax.

Keep breathing deeply into all parts of your body.

We're going to ground ourselves now so we feel connected to the earth and feel protected.

So,

If we wander off anywhere,

We know,

Without a doubt,

We'll be led back into your space,

Into your body,

With your feet firmly or your back firmly on the floor or ground.

Imagine that those beautiful ribbons,

Ropes,

Spirals of colour or energy or tree roots branch out from down below your feet.

From the base of your feet,

These ribbons are going down,

Down,

Down.

Connecting to Mother Earth and making their way down through all her layers.

Feel yourself sinking,

Sinking deeper into whatever you're sitting on or lying down on.

Feeling that heaviness,

But that groundedness,

That wholesomeness,

That connection you have with beautiful Mother Gaia.

And imagine your ribbons,

Roots,

Whatever you've chosen,

To find their way down to Mother Earth's beating heart in her core.

Like a beautiful,

Huge,

Golden heart,

Full of so much love,

So much wisdom,

Support,

Compassion for you.

Because you are amazing.

You are the centre of the universe.

You are the most powerful being ever to exist.

You have just forgotten.

Feel her energy coming up through the ribbons.

This golden light,

Like fire,

Shimmering up a rope,

A passionate fire of love,

Following your cord,

Following your ribbons,

Until it connects into your feet.

Now,

Of course,

You don't feel the hot,

Hot flame,

But feel,

Feel the energy rising,

Rising,

Rising up through your body,

Up through your feet,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Hips,

Pelvic area,

Sexual organs.

Making its way up and through every single cell of your body.

Also connecting into your chakras,

Your Earth Star that's below your feet,

Your base,

Your sacral.

Cleaning out your digestive system with this fiery,

Pure,

Loving energy.

Cleaning out your kidneys,

Your adrenals,

Your spleen,

Your gallbladder.

Doesn't matter if you don't know where these sit,

Just have the intention that this fiery energy is cleansing and clearing you out.

And it's even more potent with the Aries,

New moon energy.

It's coming up,

Up,

Up through your torso,

Yellow chakra,

Clearing out that fear,

That stuckness,

The subconscious thoughts that you're not aware of.

Bringing them to the surface,

Cleaning out your stomach,

Pancreas,

Liver,

Coming up your backbone,

One vertebrae at a time,

Entering your lungs.

With each breath,

You feel the deep,

Deep hotness or the passionate energy of the Earth,

Breathing it in and out,

Feeling the warmth,

The love,

The nurturing,

The caring that her energy brings to you.

Bringing up the energy of the ancestors in the Middle Earth,

The elementals that take care of our Earth,

Bringing this into your being and into your heart space,

Your heart chakra,

Your higher heart chakra.

Up your vertebrae,

Clearing out the old,

Bringing in this renewed,

New Earth energy into your shoulders,

Your chest area,

Your breasts,

Into your throat,

Thyroid,

Neck,

Down your arms,

Forearms,

Hands,

Fingers.

Imagine your hands tingling with this energy and up into your head,

Your mind,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Nose and mouth and into every single cell in your brain,

Bringing the dormant cells alive.

Feel the warmth tingling around in your mind as all those old concepts don't really suit this body anymore.

And open your crown and allow the energies from up above high,

As below,

So above,

Bring this beautiful,

Silvery,

Sparkly,

White light from the heavens,

From your higher self.

All the loving beings of pure,

Pure light,

Nothing lower can touch you.

All high intentions of purity,

Grace,

Ease,

Wisdom,

Knowing,

Love,

Crystalline,

Beautiful energy pouring down like sparkly,

White,

Silver light,

Pouring down into your crown and mixing with the gold,

Gold and silver,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Through your mind,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your heart.

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Hands and fingers and down,

Down into your chest,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

Down your vertebrae,

Through every organ,

Through every bone,

Through every artery,

Vein,

Circulatory system,

Down,

Down,

Down.

You are now fully connected to the earth and the heavens,

A conduit of brilliant light,

Bringing the veils closer and closer just by doing this exercise.

And as you feel more and more relaxed,

It is time to go on a little journey that will help really enhance this eclipse energy for you.

So imagine stepping out of your body,

Leaving the physical behind,

But you're taking your etheric bodies because they are lighter,

But they still contain all your DNA and all your programming.

So imagine magically lifting off the ground and you're actually traveling upwards slowly and surely in this golden,

Silver,

Etheric body and you already have a beautiful guide leading you as you hold their hand.

Whoever comes to your mind is your guide for this meditation,

Whether it be a loved one,

An animal,

Light being,

An ancestor,

An angel,

A master.

Feel the safety and the compassion and love that they have for you and feel the gentleness,

The encouragement that you've been given always,

All the time.

And as they lead you up,

There is this magnificent white tube of light that you are now in.

And as you're traveling up with your guide,

The momentum gets faster and faster,

Traveling higher and higher,

A little bit like a lift,

But you're going up,

Up,

Up,

Up past the earth's atmosphere.

And imagine all around you is the darkness of the sky.

There are stars,

But you do not see a moon,

Just blackness,

Space,

Vastness,

Openness,

Enormousness.

Here you are with your guide,

Traveling in a beautiful,

White,

Energetic tube,

A lift.

You're not afraid.

You know that all from the light have got this.

They've got your back.

They know what you need to release.

As you're traveling up,

This energetic lift starts to slow down.

There is a door as such for you to step out.

Still in your light body,

Still with your guide,

Still floating.

It is pitch black all around you,

But you can see these massive stars in the distance.

And in front of you,

It's like you're being drawn like a magnet,

Drawn to this vastness that you can't see what it is.

But you are not afraid.

And as you are drawn closer and closer,

You do actually see it is like a massive vortex.

And around the rim of this vortex is fire,

A fiery,

Fiery light,

A light like the sun that is being blocked,

That has a shadow in front of it.

And as you are drawn closer and closer and closer like a magnet,

This vortex is getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

And you are taken into this shadowy,

Dark vortex where there is kind of no walls,

But it's just the space that you know is like a tubular vortex.

And inside this vortex is this bench,

This amethyst or rose quartz or whatever crystal that you see,

This healing bed lying in this vortex before you,

Like a chamber as such in this shadowy,

Dark vortex.

You may see it as like a sphere or even it's almost like the inside of the moon,

But it's dark,

The dark side of the moon.

Your guide helps you to step up and lie down on the slab of crystal.

And first,

Even though you're in your etheric body,

You are asked to feel into your emotions,

Your emotional body.

What emotions have you been feeling of late?

Did anything intensify for you around the full moon,

Which was two weeks ago?

What emotions come up for you when you're at work or if you're at home,

Being a parent or looking after parents or if you're on your own?

What emotions come up in relationships with a partner,

A child,

A parent,

A grandparent,

The shopkeeper,

The driver driving beside you?

Feel into these emotions.

If it is just like fun and joy and happiness and love,

That is really cool.

If you can go deeper past that,

For when you come out,

It doesn't mean that you will hold on to this feeling.

It's just that scan your emotional body and then feel or intuitively know where it is in your actual physical body.

You might feel it in your gut or you might feel it,

A pain in your shoulder or just a heaviness behind your head or the left side of you or the right.

Where do you feel the lower density energy in your body?

And wherever that is,

Your beautiful guide with your assistance and whoever else you call on,

We're going to cut that cord.

It could be like a steel cord that has been there for lifetimes.

It could be a cord of an X always trying to get back into your head.

It could be the continuous,

The continuity of your mundane job.

Who is it at work that is a pain in your side,

A pain in your neck?

Identify where you are feeling it and let's cut this cord together.

For you,

It might feel more than a cord.

It might be a hook.

It might be chains.

It might even be as bad as an axe or an arrow or a knife.

Whatever you see,

We are cutting it.

We are pulling it out.

We are unhooking it.

We are taking the chains off now.

You do have a gaping wound or wounds,

But nevertheless,

Carry on for we will not keep you in this state.

Now feel into your mental body.

Where are your moods at these days?

Do you feel anxious?

Do you feel depressed?

Do you feel sadness,

Loneliness,

Frustration,

Worry?

All come back to fear.

But what is the emotion behind the fear?

Helplessness,

Hopelessness.

Really feel into it.

For like I said,

We will not take this back with us,

But face it.

This mental capacity,

Is it in your body somewhere?

Can you scan your body and pick up energetically?

Not with your mind as such,

But with your feeling or with your knowing.

Just knowing it.

It's there on my right side.

Right being male,

Left being female.

Do you feel mentally drained from what's going on in the world?

Do you feel overstimulated by all the technology and all the what not's going on out there?

Identify.

And you can do it in numerous ways.

You can either know the situation we're talking about or not.

You can know where it is in your body or not.

You can know the feeling.

Whatever works for you,

There is no one way.

This is your meditation.

You're being guided to release.

So wherever you or whatever you are feeling or even how,

We're going to cut that cord now.

Whatever form you see it in,

Pull it out.

Clear it out.

You do have another wound there,

But never fear.

You will be looked after.

We have a little way to go yet.

So feel into your spiritual etheric body.

Souls can be damaged in a sense through their blueprint,

Imprinted before or after this lifetime as such.

If you feel into your soul,

Into your spirit,

Do you feel that you are on your life track?

I'll steer away from life purpose because I believe just being here is a purpose.

In one way or another,

Your purpose is that you are meant to be on planet Earth right now.

If you want to go deeper into that purpose,

By all means,

Feel in your body where that trigger might be,

Where that block might be,

Where that trauma has been stored.

That you've come here to Earth to clear in this lifetime.

Feel where it's heavy.

Feel where you're not actually feeling it.

It doesn't matter.

Just open your heart,

Open your soul,

Open your mind and know that all has been taken care of because you have stepped into this openly,

Readily,

Available to use the energies of the eclipse to clear something deep.

Something deep within you that does not serve the new Earth.

Now with your guide and your helpers and your intention,

Let's cut this out.

Pull it out.

Release it.

Whatever feels right for you.

Now you're a bit of a wounded soldier as such,

But we're going to sit you up off the crystal bed and you walk further into the vortex and the vortex turns into this purple and you stand in it like a shower of purple rain.

And Saint Germain with his violet flame lovingly takes care of you and disconnects any other cords,

Anything you've left behind,

Clearing you,

Cleaning out those deep wounds with his flame.

The color of transformation,

Healing,

Royalty,

High frequency,

Having your arms and your legs splayed out.

Imagine the flame,

Another flame clearing and cleansing you.

Take another step deeper into the vortex as it turns into a brilliant,

Brilliant white,

Pure light and you have spiritual surgeons there at your call and beckon,

Ready to stitch you up,

So to speak.

Place their hands or energy fields of light over your body and seal the wounds,

Healing you from the inside out,

Bringing you back to wholesomeness,

Wholeness,

Clearing out those dis-ease feelings and physical disease within your body.

See the light shimmering all over you as they're working hard to bring you back to wholeness,

Your true self being.

And as you're doing this and you're looking through the vortex past the white,

You can see the shadows start to lift away and you're now getting glimmers of this golden,

Golden sunlight.

So,

So bright.

But you can stand it,

You can stare at it,

For you are cleansed and at that high empowerment of golden,

Crystalline light.

And as the shadow starts to dissipate away,

You step closer and closer towards the sun,

Again like a magnet drawn into the light.

And you are taken into the center of the sun,

Feeling that warmth,

Feeling that wholeness,

That healing,

Feeling that passion rising like the phoenix,

New birth,

New beginnings,

New earth,

New energy,

Renewed.

And you can call in whoever you want to help,

To help you bring this beautiful,

Brilliant light into your body.

It could be Mother Mary nurturing you,

Kuan Yin with her compassion,

Archangel Michael giving you the strength,

Archangel Gabriel whispering inspirations and messages to you.

Whoever it is,

Bring it into your being,

For you are the sun,

You are Mother Mary,

You are Kuan Yin,

Archangel Michael,

Archangel Gabriel,

Whoever else you bring in.

You are all empowered.

You are the sun.

Breathe that essence in,

Breathe it into your core,

Feel the power,

The passion come alive within you,

From that place of love,

Ecstasy,

Gentleness,

But firmness.

You know who you are,

You know the importance of letting go of the resistance,

The old stories and traumas and stepping into your empowered,

Full,

True,

Amazing,

Universal self.

Feel the love and the power surround you,

And as you walk out the other side of the sun,

You are like this glowing,

Beautiful beam,

This beam that no darkness can touch,

Beam where you are your true,

Authentic self.

This beam of light that you shine down to planet earth,

Shining it like a spotlight to the places where you know need this light healing.

Places of darkness upon the earth,

Places where animals need this help,

Plants,

Parts of Mother Earth that can be helped with our assistance.

Bringing the whole earth back into its alive and wellness,

Its joy and sunshine and amazingness.

See the light spread through every person on the earth,

Like a bouncing flame,

Person to person to person,

Igniting the planet in this magnificent sunlight that you are born to be,

That you have chosen in this moment to be.

Shine your light down on your family,

Your friends,

Your colleagues,

Your workplaces,

Your enemies,

The people that don't get you.

Shine your light on all the injustices and judgements,

Cleaning the earth up.

Now it is time to come back down to earth,

But bring this reality with you,

Bring this golden light into your life,

Into your heart and expand it to start to descend down from the sun,

Knowing that this eclipse energy is open,

This portal is open for a good couple of weeks.

Coming down with your guide,

Fully charged,

Fully knowing the action,

The eclipse energy through Aries is actually about action and fire and movement as well,

So knowing the action you need to take in the physical world,

Whether that be for your own physical being,

Your own wellness,

Your own nurturing,

Your own diet,

Clean water,

Whether it be in a relationship,

Take an action step in the two weeks ahead of you and feel the ease and grace with that when you come from the heart.

You will be looked after,

You will be supported.

This can be a catapult for your change.

Let's create this new wave frequency together.
