Who doesn’t know that? We‘re eating and eating and don’t feel comfortable afterwards. To be aware of the why and what are good practices to cope with this lovely course is very helpful. I really like your voice Kristine and your way to speak. Many blessings🙏💚🙏💚🙏💚

Thank you for this offering. I had been taught this by a therapist often try to do it Alone, but get in a muddle with it so this meditation is very helpful

I liked it a lot! Good for ditching the diet mindset. The only affirmationI was unsure about is 'eating consistently ' because the conventional wisdom of three meals plus snacks doesn't work for me So I interpreted it as fast consistently and choose helpful rather than triggering foods consistently. Oh, the birdsong was VERY welcomed 🙏

I enjoyed the chocolate more instead of gobbling it down in 1 second. It made me grateful for the chocolate, the ones who gave it to me, the ones who made it, and my taste buds and senses.
