It's time to relax.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on the chair or on the floor with your legs crossed.

Rest your hands gently on your lap or your knees.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Start observing the breathing sensation.

Notice the difference in temperature between an inhale and exhale.

As you breathe in,

Feel relaxation and calmness.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress.

Feel the tension dropping off your shoulders.

Feel your body sinking into your chair.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring your attention back to the breath.

Sink deeper into relaxation,

Feeling more calm and peace.

Take one final deep breath in and breathe out.

And now you can gently open your eyes and return to your day feeling refreshed and energized.
