In this session, we explore the grief that comes with healing: the loss of identity, old roles, and relationships that couldn’t survive your growth. Through energy work and reflection, we honor the self you had to be—and begin to make space for who you’re becoming.

This final session invites you to carry grief not as a burden, but as a sacred form of love. Through heart chakra healing and self-love practices, you’ll learn to walk with grief in a new way, allowing it to deepen your presence, your compassion, and your return to yourself.

I'm glad that I chose to listen to these sessions on grief. The best takeaway for me has been that instead of continually trying to release my grief, that I can carry it with compassion instead. This course was awaiting me to find it. So I deal with my grief
It broghtvsome real rawness up having deal with death of my sister who cut me of without reason sadly got a illnesd and died without a goidbye i was not allowed to talk. Counsellors sere useless and dont get it. My mum and dad too . Grief of a lost marriage friends who were selfish put their feelings of duscomfirt firsr who ran off would not help even people i trusted. Johnenery course is poweful it is deep healing and fantastic. I reommend anyone take it...

Learning that Grief, like Fear, is a Shadow of Love allows for self-acceptance to become a more tangible reality for me, Through Love and Compassion I no longer have to banish the experiences and emotions of Grief and Fear nor turn them into the Guilt of self-limiting beliefs that arose from thinking that other people's judgements or my own misinterpretation were true, leading me to abandon myself or feel disdain for parts of me that were simply that: parts of me. The Unconditional Love of Self-acceptance allows me to sit with Grief in understanding, giving birth to Forgiveness for accepting self-limiting beliefs as truths and even Forgiveness to other's judgements that planted false seeds to begin with. Their seeds of doubt were passed to them along their own misguided journeys and were never meant to be mine.
