What do you want to do right now as you listen to? We could go for a walk. Or would you rather sit, or lay down? It’s up to you. It’s my hope that this will set the scene for us to do some gentle reflecting. Let's explore some simple questions to help us gain perspective.

In day 2, we will explore insights into the human mind and inner-resistance, then we will use a strategy called the Conscious Release. We will finish off with some validating affirmations for you to gently absorb to help you with the art of being okay with not being okay.

Finding The Calm In The Storm
In day 3, we start with a metaphor. Then we have a practice that uses a specific technique to help down regulate the nervous system, as well as helping us realign with ourselves. This is so we can return to being more grounded, centred, and regulated in this tough life.

Practicing The 3 Ns
In day 4, there's a simple yet profound message. We focus on The 3 Ns of Self-Compassion. This gives us a tool to put this into practice for when times are tough. Then, we'll finish with some affirmations for managing this tough life.

Acknowledging Your Inner-Strength
In day 5, we acknowledge the times when you pulled through. We also explore how our brains don't like to give us the credit for those times that we've pulled through, the qualities that we have shown, our inner strength that has come through in those tough times.

For All Those People (I Am Here For Me)
In our final day, I share my thoughts with you about my experience of these tough times. The affirmations start with honouring all those people that are going through tough times. Then they progress into honour you. The you that has showed up to practice today. The you that is here for you.
