Physical rest refers to taking a break from physical activity to allow your body to rest and recover and it includes both active and passive components. This lesson will give us strategies to embrace and dwell in physical rest. We'll end with a brief meditative moment to anchor in Physical Rest.

Mental rest refers to giving your mind a break from cognitive tasks and allowing it to relax and recharge. Man of us have been conditioned to believe that mental rest is not important but in this lesson I'll explain why it's not only important but necessary. Today we’ll learn what Mental Rest is, how we can get it and why we all need it. We'll end with a meditative moment to anchor in Mental Rest.

Emotional rest refers to taking a break or time off to recharge from emotional stressors, such as intense feelings of anxiety, sadness, or anger.
