Year In Review
Today is a debrief. A year-in-review with no rules. Reflect on what shaped you, name your wins and pressures, and distil the year into a single word. This word becomes your lens for growth and your guide for what comes next.
Les 2
Small Wins & Quarterly Quests
Big goals fail when expectations are unrealistic. Today we flip the script: one broad yearly aim, supported by 90-day “quests.” Smaller, clearer goals create momentum, urgency, and confidence—without overwhelm.
Les 3
Environment Shapes Growth
Like the goldfish in Big Fish, we grow to fit our environment. Today you examine the spaces, habits, and people that may be limiting you. Change your habitat—physically or metaphorically—and growth becomes inevitable.
Les 4
Reach Vs Grasp
Surrounded by brilliance, do we shrink—or rise? Drawing on Browning’s famous line, today is about aiming beyond comfort. Fulfillment isn’t winning; it’s reaching your potential. Who you surround yourself with matters more than where you rank.
Les 5
Time Confetti
Your day is built from fragments. Waiting, scrolling, pausing—this is “time confetti.” Small moments add up. Today you audit how these fragments are spent and consciously replace mindless habits with meaningful micro-actions.
Les 6
Stillness
Today is about stillness. No fixing. No optimising. Simply receiving. Pen to paper, let the mind unload without judgment. This practice creates mental space, emotional regulation, and clarity without effort.
Les 7
Weekly Self-Meeting
Inspired by Stoicism, today you review the week. What worked? What didn’t? Reflection creates accountability. When you know you’ll review yourself, behaviour changes naturally—without guilt or force. If you like this, you'll love my other courses by the way!
Les 8
Lifestyle Creep
Hedonic adaptation blinds us to progress. Today, you reflect not on what you lack, but how you’ve grown. Strength, resilience, skills—recognising development restores gratitude and motivation. Let's get to the bottom of this together!
Les 9
Music And Joy
Information-heavy lives drain emotion. Today, you reconnect with music that once moved you. Art isn’t a luxury—it’s emotional nutrition. Rediscover joy through sound and share what lifts you. I personally loved this one!
Les 10
Family, Friendship & Fun
Achievement alone does not equal fulfilment. Today, we focus on two of the four pillars of a good life: family and friendship. Humans are deeply social creatures, even when we convince ourselves we’re “too busy.” Connection benefits both sides. Think of one family member and one friend who would genuinely benefit from hearing from you—and reach out. This is not a distraction from progress; it is progress.
Les 11
Faith
Faith has become a loaded word, but it remains essential to well-being. Faith is not just religious—it exists wherever belief shapes behaviour. According to Arthur Brooks, faith has three parts: feeling, belief, and action. Some faiths help us grow; others quietly limit us. Today, you examine where your beliefs are supporting you—and where changing them could unlock growth.
Les 12
Financial Wellbeing
Money does not create happiness, but it can protect it. Financial well-being reduces stress and allows you to focus on health, family, connection, and meaning. Money is a tool, not a scorecard. When spent intentionally, it supports the life you value. When spent unconsciously, it fuels comparison and dissatisfaction. Today, you reflect on what truly matters to you and how your money can be aligned with those values.
Les 13
Beauty
Beauty is not a luxury; it is nourishment. Humans uniquely observe, interpret, and share meaning through art, language, music, and story. We do not just experience beauty, we communicate it, allowing others to share in joy or feel less alone in suffering. Today, you consciously witness a moment of beauty and then express it. This simple act strengthens gratitude, connection, and perspective.
Les 14
Future Self Integration
This final session brings everything together. You imagine your future self ten years from now and receive a letter from them explaining how they became who they are. This is not about fantasy or pressure, but identity. Change becomes sustainable when it aligns with who you believe you are. These fourteen days are not an ending, but a reference point for the person you are continuing to become.

As always, this course was phenomenal and I thoroughly enjoyed it all the way to the end. Also did the breath challenge at the same time so it’s been an adventure. Have some things coming up in the next two weeks but after that, I hope to do your third course. Always so appreciate everything you offer here. Glad you’re back Namaste 🙏
