Walking In The Green Witches Garden
A knowledge of plants, herbs and flowers is powerful healing magic in your own garden. And many witches that were persecuted through history were in fact healers and herbalists; those who had knowledge of using herbs in cooking, but also for healing and for charms and spells.
Here is a chance to reconnect to the skills of our ancestors, and the magic within the earth’s plants. This journey can help us feel grounded.

Walking With The Witch Of The Forest: Baba Yaga
The image of Baba Yaga has many sides, she will help those that are brave and honest, but punish the cruel or lazy. Often portrayed as a wild woman who dwells in dark forests, this journey will take us through the trees and see the truth. This journey can help us feel empowered.
Les 3
Walking Up To The Cauldron: Kerridwen
The image of the woman at the cauldron is a strongly held stereotype of the witch. But goddesses also stood at cauldrons and Welsh/Celtic Goddess Kerridwen is the original keeper of the cauldron. In today’s journey, we’ll meet the goddess and seek the transformation magic of the cauldron. This journey can help us let go and connect to change.

The Witch & Moon Magic
The energy of the world shifts gently under the light of lunar cycles, and we have long gazed at the moon in connection with the magical energy she casts upon us. I have created a lot of meditations about the moon - a full 30-day course in fact! But there is always more magic to be found. And even from her celestial perch, the moon is something that connects us all - even when we are apart.
This journey can help us feel connected, to ourselves and our personal journey.

Walking With The Witch Through The Seasons
We were once, all connected to the land and the seasons for growing and harvesting, and the changing seasons were celebrated as times to light fires or bring in the harvest or feast on fruits. Much of what we think of as witchcraft or witch culture is connected to ancient earth-based religions and pagan beliefs - and looking to nature to guide us can help us reconnect to this cycle.
In this journey, we will walk through the Wheel of the Year. This journey can help us feel the rhythm of the year.
Les 6
The Hearth & Kitchen Witch
In the long history of humans and magic - the hearth has always been the center of home, even the name hearth; is like heart - it's the heartbeat of our homes. Where stories were told, spells were cast, offerings were made. But sometimes under the washing up, cleaning and cooking, we forget that magic.
This journey is designed to help remind us that great magic happens in the realm of the Kitchen Witch! This journey can help us feel nurtured and held.

Coven
In a Scottish witch trial in 1662 - Isobel Gowdie used the term ‘Coven’ to describe her group of fellow witches - it is a term we still use today. It can be a time to sit in space and share energy with kindred spirits, peers, ancestors, loved ones. And I think, as many of us are in various lockdown and social distancing restrictions, we understand more than ever the power of being with those we care for and appreciate the magic of being held in a space of love and connection.
In this journey, we will sit in coven, in circle, and in love. And as we part at the end of the session; as we witches like to say, "The circle is open, but never broken."

The Witch In Fairy Tale
We’ve met Baba Yaga already - but you will find the image of the witch in fairy tales featured around the world. Today - like my popular ‘Tea & Fairy Tales’ series on Insight timer - I will read you a story. As always fairy tales are not always exactly as they seem, and there are points for reflection within the characters of this one… with a theme of transformation and inspiration.
This journey will help us reflect on memory and our inner child.
Les 9
Spell & Ritual
A simple ritual - and often the simplest are the most powerful. If you can, bring a paper, pen, candle, something to put it on - like a heatproof dish/coaster and match to this meditation session. If that's not possible - you can envisage the candle in your mind's eye.
Today's session will explore a simple ritual for love and listening to the heart, a simple spell of lighting a candle to grow our hearts light.
Les 10
Flight
The witches of old did fly... but not as in the fairy tales on broomsticks or on the back on animals; but within their mind - sometimes with the help of special herbs. In practice, we may liken this to shamanism and astral projection today.
To connect to other realms meant the witch could connect with wisdom, insight and inspiration in a different way. This journey can help us to rise up and above the noise of the world before we return to the place where we started - and to the end of this course - a little changed, a little more in tune perhaps with our own inner powers.
