Les 1
Clearing the Ground
In this lesson, we begin by clearing and being centered in ourselves. Like broken old fences, our old defensive boundaries are lovingly cleared away to make room for our new boundaries to be created in true alignment with who we are as a unique expression of the whole. We anchor into remembering we are already whole, perfect and enough. We begin our practice of seeing that thoughts are just thoughts and not a true reflection of what's real and true for us.
Les 2
From Head To Heart
In this lesson, we move energy from our head (thinking) into our heart (sensing and feeling) and learn how to let the mind rest as we develop a deeper trust in life’s flow to guide us. Sometimes we can’t know what’s ahead, yet we can center ourselves in our heart energy of compassion and courage, forgiveness and kindness. We begin to understand that our mind was never meant to guide us and for many of us we have relied on our mind to figure things out, rather than trust in our heart's wisdom and knowing.
Les 3
Values
In this lesson, we begin to create the scaffolding for our natural boundaries to arise by focusing on our essential values. Now that we’ve cleared the old and created space from the heart, we can begin to identify what’s truly important to us. We can imagine them as seeds planted within our heart. As we become clearer on what those seeds are we know what’s important to us and what’s not. This helps us release the need for outer validations. We look within rather than outside of ourselves. We feel centered in who we are from which our natural boundaries begin to form.
Les 4
Inner Authority Guidance
In this lesson, we follow on from where we identified what’s important to us and begin to trust in our own inner authority. We learn the different ways our inner authority works to guide us in what we say yes to, and what we say no to. Instead of relying on rigid boundaries created from fear, we use our inner authority to help set natural boundaries and make decisions that are aligned and right for us.
Les 5
Meet Fear with Curiosity
In today's lesson, we learn to meet fears that come up with curiosity and ask questions that will help us move from a fearful mind into trusting more in our body's wisdom and inner authority to guide us. Meeting our fears with curiosity helps us find our way to begin to say 'yes' to ourselves even when that may mean saying 'no' to others.
Les 6
Aligned to Your Purpose
In this lesson, we focus on recognizing our innate skills, talents, and passions. Our overall purpose is to fully live life being true to who we are. We explore what things in our lives feel constricting and out of alignment. We note what brings us joy and what doesn’t.
We focus on what we love to do, what we are good at doing, and who we admire and look up to.
Les 7
Honoring
In this lesson, we come full circle knowing we are already whole, enough, perfect just as we are. We honor ourselves by focusing on our practice of self-acceptance and compassion and gain a clearer sense of who we are, and what we’re here to contribute. We honor that we are an integral part and unique expression within the whole of life. In todays session we set up our daily rituals to help us honor ourselves.

Strong Natural Boundaries Summary
In this final lesson, we review what we've learned and explore ways we can ground ourselves in the fluidity of natural boundaries. Fluidity means that nothing is fixed or solid. As we grow, our natural boundaries also grow and change. We recognize that boundaries that come from fear may have once served us, but now restrict us from being our authentic self and the fullest expression of who we are.
We have begun to notice and learn what we want and what’s important to us on a regular basis. Being grounded and centered in what we want and what we value, creates strong flexible boundaries that are fluid and can change as needed to support us.
Todays session includes a short meditation on deepening trust in yourself.
