Awareness
This practice introduces the tools to enhance Awareness. Awareness will help you determine the most important thing you control... you! Today you will ask your subconscious mind for clarity while clearing blocks that no longer serve you. You will become more aware of how to affirm your beliefs, thoughts, words and actions. At the end of this first day you will define what peace truly means to you. Your journey today will take you through the subconscious to discover a greater awareness of Self.

Acceptance
There are many things that we must accept. In this practice we will explore these concepts together. Consider accepting who you are, who you have been, and who you are becoming. Once we accept ourselves we can focus on accepting others and figuring out what we want out of life. Learning to find meaning rather than searching for reasons can help you find peace. What you focus on will expand, so let’s shift focus to the things you want to expand and build in your life. Again, we will journey through the subconscious mind. This practice is centred on acheiving a greater Self Acceptance.

Adjust
Learning to identify and adjust the things you have control over creates peace. Learn the two key components needed to adjust with more ease. I will ask you various questions to help guide you through this process. Don’t be afraid, I am here to support you. We will travel through the subconscious mind, releasing old habits and patterns to discover what is best for you. As we journey deep down you will feel more confident in knowing how to adjust.

Gratitude
Gratitude is easy when life is, but what happens to gratitude when life throws us challenges? Learn to not only be grateful for your strengths, but also for your challenges. Gratitude helps us find meaning, which ultimately brings peace. As we continue to explore the idea of controlling the controllable, you will learn that through gratitude you grow a “new shell.” You will learn to separate the pain caused by those challenges and realise how challenging situations can actually teach us to be gracious.

Being Curious
This lesson is a trifecta. You will learn to be nonjudgmental, suspend expectations and become more curious. You will find peace through focusing on things that best serve you. I will lead with curiosity because it serves two purposes; to teach you something and to protect you. We may face situations where we don't like the outcome or one, where our needs may not be best met. This practice will equip you with the tools to recognise that you have the autonomy to adjust your mindset in a situation that seems daunting or challenging.

Present Moment
There are often times where we dwell on past events or dream about future goals. The past can create feelings of doubt, while thoughts about the future can create feelings of uncertainty. These feelings rarely bring peace. We can find peace in sitting with that which we control. Today, find the gift in being present and feel what exists right in this moment. You will learn how to release the challenges of the past and accept the future as a moment by moment occurrence. Ultimately, you will learn to surrender to what is happening right now.

Forgiveness
Does it hurt me more than the other person I don’t forgive? The answer is yes, it does. Why should I forgive? How do I ask for forgiveness? Today you will find the answers to all these questions and more. This lesson on forgiveness is pivotal to finding peace and serenity in your daily life. As we dive deep into the subconscious mind, we will unveil and release the baggage and negativity that arises from not forgiving. You will feel a sense of calmness that will transform you from a stagnant state of mind to a more deliberate, optimal way of life.

Patience
Patience allows you to suspend judgement and stay aware and in touch with the present moment. Learning the skill of patience is valuable for dealing with a multitude of scenarios and improving your relationships with others. Drawing on a number of the principles we have learnt throughout the course, I will show you how to become more patient. Through these linked principles and reference to some real life examples, it will become evident that building patience can greatly reduce stress and lead to a happier lifestyle.

Confidence & Authenticity
If there was one gift I could give to the whole world it would be confidence. Confidence is rooted in being an authentic version of yourself. Today’s lesson will show you how to find and gain confidence in being authentically you. You will learn how to use your unique qualities in a way to support and lift your confidence. Having confidence will root out negative emotions that don’t serve you and give you peace from within. Today I will guide you on a transformative journey of Self Discovery and Self Assurance.

Surrender
All the previous principles culminate into one word, Surrender. Surrender means to let go of the old you and submit to growth. Throughout this course, you have learnt various principles to gain peace from within, and control over yourself. In this last principle you will learn to surrender completely, allowing you to become a deeper part of your being. I encourage you to allow this course to be what it needs to be for you and, through surrendering, be open to accepting the rejuvinating and transformative results.
