During this session, we will become aware of our breath and our automatic breathing patterns. Exploring proper breathing strategies, and the benefits of belly breathing and diaphragmatic rib cage breathing. We will end with an awareness practice that will allow you to discover your own breathing patterns.

During this session, we will explore the purpose and benefits of Dr. Andrew Weil’s breathing technique for reducing anxiety. We will discuss the science behind the importance of breathing through our nostrils instead of our mouths, and we will practice the technique together and have space to feel it's impact.

Alternate Nostril Breathing
During this session, we will discover and learn the benefits of alternate nostril breathing. We will explore how to practice this balancing and clearing breath technique, and observe how it feels in our minds and bodies afterwards.

Vagal Nerve Breathing Technique
During this session, we will explore the vagus nerve and its role in the respiratory response and our overall health. We will discuss the difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, and we will practice a breathing technique to stimulate your vagus nerve and activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

Elemental Breath For Wholeness
During this session, we will explore the healing and grounding breath practice known as the elemental breathing technique. We will discuss the five elements, and discover how each has a different effect on our bodies. We will then practice this technique together, noticing how each element feels.

Collarbone Breathing Treatment For The Nervous System
During this session, we will discuss the collarbone breathing technique designed for the nervous system, which was first discovered by Dr. Roger Calihan who is the founder of Thought Field Therapy. We will learn how this breathing, tapping and holding technique can shift our emotional and physiological state, and we will practice it together to see how it resonates within our bodies.

Connected Breathwork To Access The Subconscious
During our last session, we will explore conscious connected breathing which stems from Rebirthing and Holotropic breathwork. We will learn how this breathing technique can shift our physiology and allow us to enter altered states of consciousness, and our subconscious mind. Lastly, we will practice this breathing technique together, and observe how it lands within our bodies.
