Waking With Curiosity
Setting the Tone & Welcoming Curiosity.
A really important step I want you to implement throughout this whole experience, when you come up against a belief, pattern, behavior is to first explore it as though it were a child doing the behavior - wondering why it’s there and where it came from. Questions to ask yourself as you move through this course and come up against certain patterns and beliefs.
Where did the belief come from?
Is it even yours?
Why would you have embraced it?
What was it protecting? What was it gaining from doing the thing?
From this place you get to bring it into your presence and awareness with no shame
Make a page in your journal or in your notes on your phone where you can write down any beliefs, patterns and behaviours that you start to notice. With no need to shift them in the moment, simply bringing awareness to them.
Examples: I always think people are talking about me when I go into a new space. I think that I'll always be where I am in my life and that nothing really changes. I never get to do the things I want, everyone else's needs are more important. I notice I always cross my arms when I meet new people.

Fear Of The Past & Creating Space For The New
As long as we believe that the past will continue to re-create itself, or the way we experienced things in the past will be how it trickles forward in our lives, we won't be able to create space for the new. Cognitively we many KNOW things can be different, but if we can't FEEL it, if the body isn't on board - we will be re-creating the past and continue to be confused as to why we stay stuck in the same loops.

Fear Of Letting People Down & Taking Full Responsibility
To belong and be connected is such an integral need in this life. And often we are so afraid of letting people down or becoming disconnected that we will sacrifice our own authenticity for staying connected. Even if that connection doesn't feel good. This runs deeper than our mind can fathom - and so here we dive into this and begin to untangle. We take full responsibility of where we are at so that we can move out of any type of victim mentality .

Fear Of Failure & Reimagining Timelines
The fear of failure will keep you stuck, yet the medicine of momentum is that you are always being gifted deeper insights and wisdoms. Each of those are breadcrumbs towards the next thing. When you begin to reframe failure you unlock the steps towards new and exciting timelines.

Fear Of Not Knowing & The Depth Of Possibility
Not knowing what the outcome of a decision or choice is - can keep us from moving forward because we are afraid we aren't going to be able navigate whatever is coming next. But the issue with this is the perceived safety net that you are currently in - isn't actually providing comfort. We need to shift our relationship with the unknown and the endless possibilities it holds.

Liberating The Critic
The critic will travel with you, trying to keep you safe by analyzing every situation and telling you all of the reasons you shouldn't or can't. It actually loves you a lot and is trying to keep you safe - but it doesn't know how to do that in a way that is supportive. Here we look at ways to shift this relationship.
