Les 1
Understanding Your Inner Clock
You probably heard already before about the circadian rhythm. But what does it actually mean and which hormones and behaviours are connected to our circadian rhythm? How can we influence the spikes and releases throughout our day and routine to have deeper and restful sleep?
All these questions will be answered in our first session!
Les 2
Recognizing Melatonin
Melatonin production is not only happening one hour before you go to sleep but is dependent on many factors and your behaviours throughout the day. Today we are looking at practical steps you can take during the day to increase your melatoning production at night.
Les 3
Unwinding Before Sleep
In our last session you will receive a lot of practical tips how to unwind before going to sleep, but most importantly what to do when you have changed your lifestyle and done all the chances but still cannot sleep and overthink. Think of it as an SOS tool to understand why sleeping can be difficult for you and how to help your body to find deep relaxation.

Love how the chemistry, physiology and physical details are elaborated. Never knew muscle contraction modalities are a means to release adrenaline and cortisol. Now it makes sense. Many other details about the body and mind’s needs for optimal sleep explained in each episode. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Really liked the explanations of why/how our body has a circadian rhythm. I have done a lot of courses on insomnia that tell me what to do, but knowing why gives me a better sense of the point of it!
Thinking about increasing my cortisol spike in the morning, and strategies to keep it lower throughout the day, so my boys makes more melatonin, is a great overarching theme that is helping me approach my insomnia with a kinder approach: it’s not me, and I can pay attention to my body rhythms to help me sleep better.
Thank you...
