That was really good. I’ll add this to my meditation medley. 😀 Up until now, I have been doing one in the morning and one at night before bed. But I enjoyed this after work wind down so much I’ll keep doing it. You speak well and at a good pace. I really like the idea of being with or acknowledging thoughts and letting them pass because they have no power. The gong at the end was a nice touch too.
