Today,

I would like to talk about an ancient Hawaiian practice that has been used by the kahuna or the mystic healers for centuries.

This practice is called the Ho'opopono,

Which simply means to make right.

In the Ho'opopono,

It is very easy to do as we simply close our eyes and imagine anybody we would either like to heal our relationship with or any memory within the self that you are finding troubling.

The Ho'opopono has four simple phrases that hold an intention.

These four phrases are,

I am sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

And so,

If something is troubling you or not quite feeling right and you wish to turn it around or you feel betrayed or hurt by something and you can't let it go,

You simply say the four magic words,

I am sorry,

Please forgive me,

I love you.

Thank you.

And whilst you are saying these,

You focus on the person or the problem and somewhat like a mantra,

These words hold an energetic frequency of intention.

And it is based on being responsible for everything that is happening to you in your life.

It is a very simple method,

But it is very powerful.

And the four mantras of the Ho'oponopo are about taking responsibility in your life for everything that is affecting your state of being.

Because as we know,

It is not about the circumstances that matter.

It is your holding a high vibrational state of being.

Imagine the lotus flower in the muddy water.

It just is,

Regardless of whatever is happening in its surroundings.

It is in a high state of being.

And so in the Ho'oponopo,

The art of acceptance of what is,

The art of forgiveness,

And the cleansing of the energies you attract into your life,

All help this intention.

I'm sorry.

When you say,

I'm sorry,

You're recognising and accepting responsibility for the actions,

The thoughts,

And the emotions that have caused any conflict to manifest in your reality.

Please forgive me.

The words,

Please forgive me,

Are said as a request to make amends with your higher self and the universe alike,

As all is self.

Thank you.

Thank you is the opportunity to show gratitude to your higher self,

As well as the universe,

For allowing your negative thoughts and actions and emotions to be cleared.

I love you.

I love you can be emitted out to the universe,

To your source energy,

Your divine I am presence,

As a form of gratitude to self.

And when you use these words in this way,

You are saying,

I love you for allowing me this earth experience.

Through the Ho'oponopo came a very ancient incantation,

Or mourner's prayer.

And it was very much like a forgiveness prayer,

Which I shall repeat now.

Divine Creator,

Father,

Mother,

Son is one.

If I,

My family,

Relatives,

And ancestors have offended you,

Your family,

Relatives,

And ancestors in thoughts,

Words,

Deeds,

And actions,

From the beginning of our creation to this present moment,

We ask your forgiveness.

Let this cleanse,

Purify,

Release,

And cut all negative memories,

Blocks,

Energies,

And vibrations,

And transmute these unwanted energies into pure light.

And it is done.

The honoring for the Ho'oponopo goes like this,

Spirit,

Super conscious,

Please locate the origin of my feelings and thoughts of,

And you can fill in the blanks,

Take each and every level,

Layer,

Area,

And aspect of my being to this origin.

Analyze it and resolve it perfectly with spirit's truth.

Come through all generations of time and eternity,

Healing every incident and its appendages based on the origin.

Please do it according to spirit's will until I am at the present,

Filled with light and truth,

Filled within a peace and love,

Forgiveness of myself for my incorrect perceptions,

Forgiveness of every person,

Every place,

Circumstances,

And events which contributed to this feeling,

To these thoughts that I am feeling.

And you can extend this as a forgiveness prayer.

I allow myself to be imperfect.

I allow myself to make mistakes.

I allow myself to be a learner,

Still learning life's lessons as I forgive myself.

And if I cannot forgive myself now,

May I forgive myself sometime in the future.

Asking for forgiveness from others for the harm that you have done to them.

Please allow me to be imperfect.

Please allow me to make mistakes.

Please allow me to be a learner,

Still learning life's lessons.

Please forgive me,

As I am truly sorry.

And if you cannot forgive me now,

Please try to forgive me sometime in the future.

I thank you.

Extending forgiveness to those you have harmed and those who have harmed you.

Just as I allow myself to be imperfect,

So I allow you to be imperfect.

I allow you also to make mistakes.

I allow you to also be a learner,

Still learning life's lessons,

As I forgive you.

If I cannot forgive you now,

May I forgive you sometime in the future.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And so the Harpa Noko really is a very simple mantra to say.

And it goes very deeply into your selves.

As the I am the I,

I am in the presence of the divinity of self.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me for whatever is going on inside of me since the beginning of my creation,

Which is not letting me choose to experience to be blissed in oneness with the most lovely divine creator,

Moment by moment,

And to be co-creating my time on the planet in and within divine love,

Light,

Truth,

Abundance,

Power,

Peace,

And protection to experience all the life to come with serenity,

Joy,

Ease,

Glory,

Success,

Health,

And wealth spontaneously to support my divine mission on this sentient planet.

I humbly,

Humbly ask for forgiveness and seek divine blessings to be inspired and activated moment by moment.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Moment by moment.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Moment by moment.

Thank you again and again to everyone with all the love,

Regards,

And respect for your divine help to cleanse with me to attain my intention.
