Meditation.
Keep your back straight.
Relax the shoulders.
Inside your presence,
Your being,
There are three different independent types of consciousness.
Your head,
Your feelings and you,
The one who is carrying them everywhere.
Three different characters with different personalities.
Exist inside your own body.
And they want different things.
They pull toward different directions.
They have different dreams.
And the true you is the one to be awakened.
To assume the position of leading them.
To wake up,
To be your own master.
Sitting in meditation,
Sitting in the middle.
Between your head and your heart,
Completely quiet.
Meditation is a tool to wake you up.
As if you had two inner children,
The head and the heart,
Mind and emotions.
The inner and the inner.
And these two kids are struggling and fighting and sometimes doing bad things to each other.
And you are the parent.
You are the one who should talk to them,
Pacify them and tell them that everything is alright.
Practice leadership.
Nobody is teaching us how to handle them.
Nobody is telling you that you are not your mind.
And then one may ask,
Who am I?
And this would be a wonderful start.
Meditation.
Peace of mind.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not the feelings.
You are so much more.
Awakening you.
And enlightenment.
This is it.
Awake.
Speechless.
Loving.
With your body centered between your head and your heart.
And telling them both,
Now it's about me.
I need some time for myself too.
So many thoughts.
So many feelings.
Now it is my time.
Because I am taking care of both of you.
And rest with you.
And this is who you really are.
Accumulating moments like this.
And then everything is alright.
Keep this state of mind.
For as long as you can.
Nothing is lacking.
Everything is already complete.
Within,
Without.
Your whole body is vibrating with energy.
And your head is cool.
Open space.
Let go a bit more.
Listen.
Breathe.
Smile.
A little sleepy.
Active.
Awake.
Even the legs are not painful anymore.
So pleasant.
The feeling in the face.
So pleasant too for you.
To smile.
This is the time for you.
Just to be.
For you.
If you would like to remove your suffering.
Leave everything behind.
And move on.
Step into this journey.
Feel this.
The world.
Simple.
Elevate.
Honest.
And so.
Keep this mind.
Keep this mind.
Everything is alright.
