Ami Jot (NirvanAmi Yoga & Wellness) is a yoga, meditation and wellness guide on a mission to help provide relaxation and rest to her students. She is a sound ceremonialist and combines chanting and songs with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other musical instruments to lead her clients into a deep state of relaxation and help activate the parasympathetic nervous system. She is also a Reiki Master and specializes in energy healing to clear blockages and stagnant chi/prana/energy.
