So if it is safe for you to do so,
Please close your eyes,
Take a moment to take a nice full deep breath.
And today we are coming into even deeper alignment with our soul's purpose,
With our soul's work,
With our soul's desires.
And we are integrating any part of our life or business of which we are not living our process.
And as we breathe,
We bring to the surface anything that needs to be consciously recognized and anything that doesn't need to be consciously recognized but is there.
We bring these energies up to the surface,
Those that are not in alignment to our purpose,
Our desires,
And our process.
And for those of you who wish to receive energetic support from me,
Just say yes in your third eye.
For those who would prefer to do this by yourself,
Just say a gentle no.
And for those who have said yes,
I am providing energetic support to now bring to the surface any areas of your life or business of which you may be consciously or unconsciously out of integrity and not living your process to the fullest expression of what it could be.
Ah,
And please take some nice deep breaths as these come to the surface,
Putting energy into the heart space as well to hold you and to remind you that you are loved and safe,
Even though there may be things of which are out of integrity right now.
It is all good.
It is all perfect and it is all fine.
And you are loved and it is recognized that you are a beautiful,
Loving being inside and outside and out.
And one last deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And now we have at the surface of our being and in our energetic field,
Energies or thoughts or ideas or visions of where we are not quite in alignment to what it is that we say that we do or what it is that we say to do to our people.
And we hold this in the palm of our hands and look at it with love and compassion,
Knowing that this cleaning up,
Coming into integrity is all part of the process and all part of the journey.
We are shining love and light onto these parts.
They have come to the surface to be cleared,
To be integrated,
To come back into alignment for us.
And we thank these and we thank these parts that have willingly released themselves to be transformed.
And now you're going to take a nice deep breath,
Breathing all the way in,
All the way,
Filling up your lungs completely.
And as you blow out,
Imagine blowing from the palm of your hands,
All of the things that are out of alignment and blowing them gently to the breeze.
A beautiful,
Letting them float away with your breath,
Letting them float away on the wind.
And now your next breath will bring in the breath of alignment,
The breath of integrity,
The breath of which everything in your life and business becomes more of what it is that you say that you do and what is that you say to do for your people.
And we take a few deep breaths here,
Breathing in the breath of alignment,
Integrity and the living of your process.
And for those who wish to receive energetic support,
I am now just aligning all of the energetic fields around your chakras and anything that is out of alignment,
Just bringing them gently into a strong column of light.
And I am now taking the breath of wind and just blowing through your energetic field,
Anything else that needs to be removed,
Needs to move so that you can come into even more alignment.
Any last specks of dust are blown out.
And any areas that still need to be cleaned up,
That require your action,
Let that rise to your mind's eye.
Let yourself see clearly what it is that you need to do to live even more deeply into your process,
To become the embodiment of what it is that you teach,
Become the strong,
Powerful magnet to what it is that you do,
Become the model of what you of what you bring to the world.
And we amplify this energy,
This energy of integrity,
This energy of alignment,
This energy of living and being your process.
We amplify this even more and even bigger and even wider,
Bigger and bigger than you ever have experienced it before.
I am living my process.
I am the embodiment of my work.
Slowly,
Taking with you any cues of which there are areas of your life you need to clean up,
Taking those back with you as you return here to the space,
Making sure,
Making a commitment right now that you are going to go do that thing,
Do that thing,
Live more into your process,
Be your process.
And as you make that commitment,
Give yourself some accountability.
I'm all about accountability.
Give yourself some accountability to go and be and or do the thing that is required of you to become even more in integrity to what it is that you preach and what it is that you teach.
