11:11 (I Remember)

I wrote this song as a process of grief. I recite the mantra to remind myself that I am always in the process. I remember, I feel, I know, I trust, I let go, I remember, I heal. Anytime I see 11:11 on the clock, I stop what I am doing and drop into an embodiment practice, singing this song in reflection and dedication to remembrance.
