Good morning.

Today I want to take you through one of my favorite practices.

It's something that I think you'll go back to again and again.

It's a practice that you can do when you're feeling anxious,

Worried,

When you just need a little bit more energy,

When you need to give yourself a little bit more love.

It's a practice that you can do anywhere at any time and I promise you no one will know that you're doing it.

So I want you to sit up straight making sure your spine is in line,

So hips,

Shoulders,

Crown of the head,

All in a line.

And I want you to close your eyes.

I want you to imagine that you're breathing in the universe from the top of your head down into your spine.

And as you say the word sa you inhale.

And as you breathe it all out into your body I want you to say the word hum.

So just in your head breathing in all that beautiful energy sa breathe it out to every cell in your body.

Nourish every cell.

Hum.

Breathing in sa.

And as you breathe it all out into your body.

Hum.

So just in your head breathing in all that beautiful energy sa breathe it out to every cell in your body.

Nourish every cell.

Hum.

Breathing in sa.

Breathing out hum.

Breathing out hum.

Breathe it all in that beautiful vibrant energy and breathe it out into your body.

Gift it to yourself.

Breathing in sa.
