Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy are combined in this meditative sleep recording to provide you with long-lasting deep, uninterrupted sleep. Our brain learns new habits and patterns through repetition and using the alpha/theta brainwave state (just before sleep or in yoga Nidra or hypnosis). This recording is used repeatedly over AT LEAST 21 days and will provide you with a new way to approach the way you sleep. What follows I AM follows you. You will tell everyone I AM a deep sleeper.

So I'm just gonna get you to look up.

Lift your eyelids up,

You're gonna look up.

As if you're looking into your own eyebrows.

You can have your eyes fixed in a real or imagined spot overhead.

You're gonna take three deep breaths.

The more you blink,

The more relaxed you're getting.

Breathe in and out.

And out,

Breathing in and out.

Eyeballs straining,

Eyelids blinking,

And then close your eyelids down.

Let your eyes drop.

You're gonna get a looking down sensation like you're looking over a balcony.

You're looking down 10 steps.

You can see your feet,

You can hear your feet.

As you move down the steps,

Every nerve,

Every muscle starts to relax.

You're going deeper with every step,

Step eight,

Seven,

Going into a deeper awareness of yourself.

Step six and five,

Every nerve,

Every muscle,

Just letting loose.

Five,

Four,

Drifting,

Floating,

Feeling coming over the body.

Step three and two,

Just feeling relaxed and at ease as you go deeper and deeper.

You're getting more relaxed with each step.

Step one.

One,

Start to listen to the sounds around you.

Start with the sounds that are furthest away,

The sounds that are a little closer,

Inside the room.

Listen to the sounds in your own body.

Sound of a heartbeat,

Sound of an inhale,

Sound of an exhale.

You're gonna count yourself backwards,

Telling yourself you're breathing in 11,

Breathing out 11,

Breathing in 10,

And breathing out.

Keep going,

If you lose count at any point,

Just go back to 11 when you remember.

You get to one,

You can go back to 11,

To count making you feel more relaxed,

More at ease.

Leaving the count now wherever you are,

Rotating your awareness around your body,

Starting with your toes,

The bottoms of your feet,

The tops of your feet,

Your heels,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

The back of your thighs,

Your bottom,

Your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your lower back,

Spine,

The solar plex,

The mid back,

Upper back and your shoulder blades,

The collarbone and the throat and the shoulders,

The upper arms,

The elbows,

Forearms,

The wrists,

The palms of the hands,

The back of the hands,

All of your fingers.

Moving up to the back of your neck,

To your jaw,

To your chin,

Your lips,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

Your eyebrows,

Your forehead,

And the whole back of your skull.

Moving your awareness now to the top of your head.

You imagine the top of your head is open and you can breathe in white light.

It's relaxing and warm and with each breath,

Your body,

Every cell,

Fills with white light.

Every breath,

You feel lighter,

You feel more at ease,

You feel relaxed.

White light coming in,

Spreading through the body.

You imagine your legs now feeling heavy,

Body heavy,

Arms heavy,

Head heavy,

Your whole body heavy,

You can sink into the mat,

Heavy.

Your legs now light,

Torso light,

Arms light,

Head light,

As light as a feather,

You can lift off the ground,

Whole body light,

Now heavy,

Now light,

Now heavy.

As I move through some fast-moving images,

Just see what arises on the screen of your mind.

Don't try to think of anything,

Just let it come to you.

Red rose,

Setting sun,

Glistening lake,

Green mountains,

Barking dog,

Stretching cat,

A cup of tea,

Cold morning,

Yourself laughing,

A baby sleeping,

A field full of daffodils,

Setting sun,

Dark with moon,

Feeling joy in the body,

Laughter,

A house,

A loved one,

A chula.

Seeing yourself lying in bed,

Relaxed now.

Feel how soft the bed is,

How comforting,

How wonderful.

You can feel its effects and you're ready,

You're feeling sleepy and drowsy.

I could lose my voice at any point,

That's okay.

All the benefits come to you anyway.

Sleep will come to you because you're a deep sleeper now.

You sleep deeply,

Your sleep is uninterrupted.

You sleep for as many hours as your body needs.

And when you wake up every morning,

You feel replenished and amazing.

You feel light and free,

You feel joy.

Every night you go to sleep knowing that you'll have a full night's sleep,

That it'll be deep and there'll be wonderful,

Healing dreams.

You know when you get into bed that you'll fall asleep as soon as you want to.

You wanna read,

Have intimate time with your partner,

Or watch TV,

You're awake.

But as soon as your intention is to fall asleep,

You fall asleep.

You fall asleep so quickly and so easily.

It feels wonderful.

You tell everyone how deep you sleep.

You listen to this recording all the time.

It makes you believe in yourself,

In the power of your mind.

You sleep deeply,

You sleep soundly.

Every night your body is 100% rejuvenated,

Refreshed,

Replenished.

You're coding and wiring in these suggestions because you want to sleep deeply.

You know that you're a deep sleeper.

You know that every night you go to sleep and it's so easy for you.

You sleep deeply and soundly,

And you get as much sleep as you need.

As much sleep as you need every single night.

If for some reason something wakes you,

You know you fall asleep easily.

You'll go straight back to sleep.

If you wake up early,

You don't need to and you don't want to.

You just drift back to most healing,

Wonderful sleep.

It's so easy for you to sleep deeply.

You sleep deeply.

You have uninterrupted sleep every night.

It's so easy for you because you're a deep sleeper.

You sleep deeply.

You replenish your body.

You feel amazing when you sleep deeply.

Sleep comes to you so easily,

So quickly.

You're on a plane,

You're on a couch and you need to nap.

You're in a car and you feel a little bit sleepy,

You fall asleep.

You know when you need to sleep and when you need to be awake.

And when you need to be asleep,

Sleep comes to you easily.

You're in control of your sleep.

You're in control of your sleep.

Told yourself over and over again that you want to sleep deeply.

And so you do.

Your mind does what you want it to do.

And you're telling it,

Instructing it,

Coding it,

Wiring it to sleep deeply.

You're returning to how you came onto this planet when you could sleep anywhere at any time,

In the dark,

In noise,

It's so easy for you to sleep deeply.

It feels amazing.

Sleep is so important to our state of mind.

And so when we sleep deeply,

We really are more of a gift to other people.

We're taking care of ourselves by sleeping deeply.

So merrily,

Lullah,

We may have got interrupted in our sleep pattern,

But we are just returning to our original coding.

We are meant to sleep.

It is a natural process.

Our body needs us to sleep.

Our brain needs us to sleep.

Our emotions,

Our mood,

Our friends,

Our partners,

Our family need us to sleep.

They love it when we sleep deeply.

We love it when we sleep deeply.

We're nicer to be around,

We're happy,

We're joyful.

We have a late night.

We just fall asleep so easily,

And we can just sleep till whenever we need to get up.

We sleep so deeply that it doesn't matter if we have short of sleep.

It still feels like we've had eight hours of sleep.

Every day when we get up,

We feel refreshed,

Replenished.

We feel awake,

We feel amazing.

We're a pleasure to be around because we've had deep,

Uninterrupted sleep.

It is important for us to have deep,

Uninterrupted sleep.

We are amazing.

Sleep comes to us.

It's so easy for us to fall asleep.

If we're ever interrupted,

It's so easy for us just to wake back up.

It's so easy for us to sleep deeply.

We sleep deeply every single night,

Every single day.

We feel better and better and better as your body restores and replenishes itself.

Our beliefs,

We make our beliefs and our beliefs make us,

And we believe that we sleep deeply,

And so we are deep sleepers.

We sleep deeply and with no interruptions.

It feels so amazing,

So beautiful,

So phenomenal to be able to say that we sleep deeply.

Whenever we wanna sleep,

We just close our eyes and drift off,

And we have the most healing,

The most healing,

Wonderful dreams when we sleep,

And dreams and messages from our subconscious,

And we understand our dreams.

They make more sense than they ever have.

They're healing us from the inside out.

We sleep deeply.

We have uninterrupted sleep.

Sleep comes to us whenever we want it to.

If we wake up,

If we're interrupted,

If we get up too early,

We just go back to sleep.

Sleep comes to us so quickly and easily.

We are deep sleepers.

When people ask you,

You say,

Oh,

I'm a deep sleeper.

Nothing wakes me.

I feel amazing most days when I wake up.

I'm always full of energy.

Because I sleep so deeply,

My body gets all the rest it needs.

I'm rested and restored every night and every morning.

I feel rejuvenated,

Replenished.

I feel amazing.

At the end of my voice,

You don't wake up,

You stay asleep.

When I start speaking,

You stay asleep.

You sleep so deeply and so beautifully.

You always remember that.

Your mind is remembering what it needs to remember,

And it's forgetting what it needs to forget.

You are a deep sleeper now.

Always have wonderful healing dreams and deep,

Uninterrupted sleep.

You are a deep sleeper.
