
Soul Retrieval Guided Meditation: Reintegrate Lost Energies

Soul retrieval is a process designed to reintegrate energetic 'soul fragments' back into the self. We can leave our energy behind in certain times and places due to emotionally charged circumstances or traumatic events. This meditation involves visiting a past memory. Only perform this meditation if you feel strong enough to do so. If you experience any difficulties or begin to feel upset in any way, simply end the meditation by opening your eyes. Seek support if you need to.

Soul retrieval guided meditation.
Collect soul fragments left behind due to traumas in life and reintegrate your energies.
Welcome,
I'm Nikki Sutton.
Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed,
Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Soul retrieval involves collecting up fragments of your own energy that you may have left behind in certain places at certain times in your life.
This can occur during an emotionally charged event that has deeply affected you in some way.
We then reintegrate these energy fragments,
Making us feel whole and complete once more,
Helping us to heal.
We locate the energy fragments for soul retrieval by following any negative emotions that we may experience in our lives today.
So just follow the sound of my voice as I relax you down and then we'll begin the process.
Only perform this meditation if you feel it is safe for you to do so.
If there are extremely unpleasant memories that you feel may arise during this process,
Seek the assistance of your healthcare professional.
If you feel that recalling memories from the past is too much,
Then leave this meditation until a future time in which you're ready.
If visualization is not your thing,
Use your sense of knowing about what is going on.
Here we go.
With your eyes closed now,
Take a good deep breath.
And as you breathe out,
Blow away any tension.
Starting to relax now.
Now just allow your breathing to become normal.
Gentle,
Normal,
Rhythmic breath.
Now we're going to scan your body from head to toe to release any tension held there in the muscles.
Now imagine a beautiful golden light shining from above.
It's going to scan your body over now.
This golden light is scanning your head.
Feel its gentle warmth and loving energies moving across your face and your head.
As it does so,
Feel any stress and tension from life.
Leave your mind.
Feel your facial muscles relax.
As the light moves down,
Scan your neck and your shoulders.
Feel your shoulders drop slightly as the muscles completely relax.
This golden light shining from above scans down your arms and your chest.
Providing you with an enormous sense of well-being.
Releasing all tension as it goes.
Feel your arms grow heavy and your hands and fingertips tingle a little as they completely relax.
This golden light moves down further,
Beyond your chest,
Over your stomach and towards your pelvic area.
Any pockets of negative energy accumulated over time are flowing away,
Out into the light and carried away into creation.
This golden light continues down onto your thighs,
Down your legs,
Over your knees,
Ankles and feet.
Feel all these muscles relax,
Releasing any stress and tension accumulated over time.
You are feeling beautifully calm and relaxed now.
Feeling a sense of well-being and peacefulness come over you now.
This time is for you to perform healing,
To feel better each day of your life.
You feel yourself drifting deeper and deeper into a wonderful deep,
Deep feeling of relaxation.
I want you to turn your attention within your mind.
I want you to find yourself in a beautiful garden on a pleasant day.
Find yourself now in this lush green garden.
Imagine yourself strolling through this beautiful place.
The air is warm and the sun is gently shining.
As you look up,
You see a beautiful clear blue sky.
Become aware that all around you are wonderful flowers of many colours.
Observe the colours now.
Smell the fragrance of the blossoms on that warm summer air.
Observe the trees swaying very gently in the tiny breeze.
See little butterflies dancing around.
Observe the beautiful colours of their wings.
This place really is peaceful and calm.
And this feeling allows you to drift even deeper into a deep,
Deep state of relaxation.
Just stroll through this beautiful garden now,
Taking in the sights and sounds of nature.
You reach some steps,
Ten steps which will lead you down to a lower level in this garden.
Just stand at the top of these ten steps for a moment.
These steps are made of stone and they feel inviting to walk down.
In a moment,
I'll ask you to walk down these steps and with each step you take,
You will drift deeper and deeper into a wonderful relaxing feeling.
Here we go.
Make your way down the steps now.
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Feel a wonderful sinking down feeling.
Seven,
Six,
Drifting deeper and deeper.
Five,
Four,
Drifting down,
Down.
Three,
Two,
Deeper now,
One and onto a lower level in the garden.
You are now in an even more beautiful part of the garden.
Just observe for a moment and see.
Over to your right is a comfortable looking garden chair.
Make your way over to this chair and settle yourself down.
As you sink into the chair,
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and drift away,
Just drift away into a deep,
Deep feeling of relaxation.
Now as you rest there,
Feeling very calm and relaxed,
I want you to think about any negative emotion you may experience day to day.
This emotion will likely originate from somewhere and we are going to find the earliest memory in which this occurred in order to heal it.
Bring to mind a negative emotion that you may experience day to day.
Really feel the emotions arise.
In a moment I'll count you down and when I get to one,
You will find yourself in the place and time,
Either in this lifetime or another,
Where these thoughts and feelings originated from.
Here we go.
Thinking about how you feel.

Go deeper into this feeling.

Allowing the feeling to grow.

Stronger with each number.

Going back in time.

Back to the source of this feeling.

The earliest memory.
4 and 3.
Really present in it.

Going to this place.
And 1.
Be there now.
Take a moment to orientate yourself,
Just letting your surroundings form for you now.
You might well see your surroundings,
It's normal if they're patchy or dreamlike though,
Or just intuitively know where you are.
Taking your time,
Observe this memory in which you find yourself.
What is going on in this memory?
Is there anyone else there?
Just let the memory play out for a few moments.
If this is not an exact memory,
But a culmination of a collection of memories,
That's okay too.
It may represent a period of time in your life,
Or ongoing circumstances.
Now,
Whatever you've experienced in this memory,
Just look around for any energy that may belong to you.
Perhaps some energy that you've left behind in this time and space.
It may be seen as a small facet of yourself,
Or as energy,
A cloud or ball of energy,
Or even something else representing a part of you that you may have left here in this time and space.
If you have located this,
Observe it for a moment,
And see what it looks like.
Now,
I want you to wish this part of you some love.
Send love from you to it.
Wish this energy fragment of yours some love until it's healed and transmuted into loving energy.
Once this is done,
Draw this missing part of you into yourself.
See it coming towards you,
Absorbing it.
Feel the energy as it joins with you,
Making you feel whole and complete.
And observe how it feels.
Take a moment.
By finding energy that you may have left behind at various points in your life,
Transmuting it into love and reintegrating it,
We can feel more whole and complete today,
Empowering us with confidence and self-love in the present moment.
Well done.
Now it's time to return to the garden,
And you are returning whole and complete.
I'll count you up from 1 to 10,
And you'll find yourself in the comfortable chair in the garden once more.
