Increase your self-worth with this self-worth healing guided meditation. Identify and begin to heal that which caused your low self-worth and then start the process of building self-worth. With encouraging female voice and relaxing music. This meditation involves visiting a past memory. Only perform this meditation if you feel strong enough to do so. If you experience any difficulties or begin to feel upset in any way, simply end the meditation by opening your eyes. Seek support if you need to.

Self-worth guided meditation.

Increase your self-worth and worthiness and feel empowered.

Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

If you feel like you could do with increasing your self-worth,

Let's work on this today.

We might have low self-worth if it was never nurtured in the first place or if it was taken away.

We'll aim to heal this and draw a line under it,

Then begin to nurture your self-worth once more.

You'll be able to build your self-worth better once the causes of low self-worth are identified and healed.

Only perform this meditation if you feel you're emotionally able to do so.

First,

I'll relax you down so that your subconscious mind comes through for healing.

Visualisation is used.

If visualisation is tricky for you,

Use your sense of just knowing about what's going on.

Here we go.

Really settle into the here and now.

Bring your attention within you,

Away from out there,

And bring it within you.

You are an infinite,

Energetic being with unlimited potential.

All is well.

All is calm.

Allow yourself to drift into a feeling of well-being.

You have this feeling within you.

Allow it to grow.

Realise this sense of well-being present at your heart space.

Feel a warming sensation at your chest.

And allow this feeling to spread over your shoulders,

Allowing them to fully relax.

This sense of well-being spreads further now,

Over your neck,

Face and head.

Feel everything that no longer serves you just melt away as all your facial muscles totally relax.

Your arms too and your hands are feeling warmer and more relaxed.

This wonderful feeling of well-being spreads now from your heart space down through your back and stomach,

Cleansing and healing you.

This sense of well-being travels further still over your thighs,

Knees and feet.

As the muscles here release all tension and fully relax.

Your body and mind are immersed in calmness and peacefulness.

Feel a sinking down feeling as you drift deeper still into total relaxation.

In a moment,

We'll try to find the source of low self-worth if you have it.

I'm going to count you down and when I get to one,

Find yourself in a memory where your self-worth may have been taken away or not nurtured in the first place.

It may be a memory that represents an ongoing set of circumstances.

Remember that if at any time you feel this is too much,

Simply discontinue this meditation and always seek the company of others if you need to.

Here we go.

Going back in time now,

Be there now.

Looking on,

Allow the memory to form.

Observing yourself in this place,

In these circumstances,

With whoever may be there.

Either allow it to play out or freeze frame the memory which ever feels most comfortable for you.

Observe the circumstances and what's going on.

Who else is present there if anyone?

Observing this scene now,

How are you feeling right now?

Whatever this feeling is,

I want you to begin feeling love for yourself,

Yourself that you see before you in this memory.

Use your heart space again,

The place at your chest,

To send love to yourself in this memory.

Send and wish yourself love.

Go ahead.

Now,

The memory or circumstances you see before you,

You're gaining a sense of separateness from it now,

As if whatever occurred before,

In those past times,

No longer dictates who you are today.

This scene before you,

No longer tells you how to feel about yourself or how you feel about life.

Even though you wish love to yourself,

The you in this memory,

These events no longer have any power over you today.

You're drawing a line under them,

Moving forward with power,

Love and potential.

Take a moment now to try forgiveness on for size.

Whatever caused these circumstances to happen,

Whatever healing any people in this scene may have needed that was causing them to act the way they did,

Just try,

If you can,

Either in your mind or out loud,

To say,

I forgive you,

Go ahead.

Forgiveness is a great healer.

Now,

As you look at this scene or memory,

It begins to fade a little,

And move into the distance.

It's becoming further and further away from you and who you are today.

Realise that this memory no longer affects you,

As it fades more and more,

And moves further and further away.

You are free to be who you want to be,

To build your own self-worth and self-confidence.

You are fully able and fully empowered to become your true self.

Give yourself permission to step into your true potential.

The memory disappears altogether now,

No longer affecting who you are today.

And find yourself in the most beautiful natural surroundings.

Allow these surroundings to form for you now.

There are lush green trees around,

Flowers and grass beneath your feet.

It's a sunny day,

And the smell of flowers and blossoms waft through the air.

This is a beautiful place of natural healing energies.

A place you feel relaxed,

Calm,

Loved and protected.

Feel these energies infuse you with love.

You are feeling loved and cared for,

Right here,

Right now.

Notice a stone pillar ahead of you.

It's a light grey pillar,

About as tall as your chest.

Head over to it now.

It's surrounded by lush cut grass,

And seems to be a special monument of some kind.

It has a round top,

With a tablet attached to the top.

Approach it,

And see it has writing on it.

Observe it now,

And see that it reads,

From this moment forward,

You will begin to realise your true significance.

Nothing from before matters,

Only who you are today.

You are worthy of great things,

Worthy of love,

Worthy of progress,

Worthy of inclusion,

Worthy of a beautiful life.

You are important.

You are wonderful.

You are loved.

Notice that the birds around you are singing a tuneful song,

Because they agree.

Whoever left this timeless message for you is right,

And they are very wise.

Just remaining here in nature for a few moments,

As you observe the plants and trees.

Look after me,

A few affirmations,

Either within your mind or out loud.

Here we go.

I am worthy of great things.

I am a unique,

Wonderful being.

I release that which no longer serves me.

I am open to self-love.

I am significant.

I deserve to be happy and successful.

I can make my own choices.

I have the power to thrive.

I am more than enough.

I have done and do my best.

I am worthy.

I am love.

Well done.

Take a few deep breaths now,

And inhale the natural healing energies in this wonderful place.

Feeling empowered,

Healed and joyful now,

It's time to return.

I'm going to count you up back to your body.

Here we go.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Returning healed and rested.

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Happily arriving once more.

Nine,

Ten,

And returned back to your body once again.

You can open your eyes when ready.

Perform self-care.

This is very important.

You're worthy of it.

And take it really easy.

Talk to friends or loved ones if you need to.

Move forward today in the power and the peace that is already yours,

Worthy of wonderful experiences and abundant life and love.

Perfect ! So simple yet so efficient, beautiful words and scenario. Usually I’m very difficult to fully succumb to guided meditation and believe the guidance, but it was so beautifully and soothly done I was able to incorporate the words and feel better about myself after a really long time.
