Settling right down so comfortably.
Begin to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle so we can make a really good connection.
As you send out your signal to connect with your guardian angel,
And there may actually be more than one,
Naturally they send their light out to you,
Their powerful healing,
Loving energy.
Feel the warmth of that light now,
A gentle warmth,
A relaxing and healing energy that allows you to settle even more.
Releasing your body to relaxation now,

A golden white light,
Coming in from those miraculous higher planes of existence.
And so your legs feel the benefits of this light,
And drift into comfortable heaviness.

And every muscle in your legs,

This light gently warms and draws out any tension from your stomach,
Chest and all the way up your back.

Drifting so deeply into the loving caring vibrations of this angelic light.
Your hands,
Arms and shoulders come to complete rest.
Feeling forces allow your shoulders to reset and relax from anything they've had to bear.
And you're effortlessly calm and peaceful now.
Feel the warmth of your angelic light on your face.
Your lips soften and the muscles around your eyes and in your forehead just release and surrender,
As your jaw unclenches as well.
And your mind releases too,
All that it's been holding onto for now,
As each word I speak takes you further into relaxation.
And my voice may become more and more distant,
But that's okay,
As your consciousness goes on a little journey into angelic realms and you go with the flow and the high vibrations of your perfect alignment.
And as your vibration rises,
You begin to rise up too,
Within the light.
This angelic energy becomes a portal of light just up above you.
You're weightless and light,
So just allow yourself to float upwards and enter the portal of light.
Your guardian angel will be on the other side to greet you,
Answering your call,
Your signal to connect.
