Manifest Love Guided Meditation Attract the Love of Your Life Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else Make sure you'll be undisturbed Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice First let's get really relaxed and focused Because when we're relaxed our subconscious mind becomes dominant And our connection to higher aspects of ourselves and all that is,

Strengthens If visualization is tricky for you then use your sense of just knowing as to what you're experiencing Okay,

Take a few deep breaths for me now And with each out-breath just allow yourself to sink a little deeper into relaxation This wonderful feeling of calmness is your reality as you draw your focus within As you relax,

Release and let everything go Just a few more deep breaths now I want you to breathe out any doubts or limiting beliefs about your ability to bring the love of your life into your reality Blow away any doubts or blocks Exhale them now Feel them leaving you And you are now free to manifest your love,

The love of your life Okay I'm going to count you down and as I do so you'll drift deeper and deeper into relaxed peacefulness And when I get to one you will find yourself laying on a beautiful secluded beach Here we go,

Drifting deeper now and 1 And find yourself laying on a comfortable cushioned beach chair And the most gorgeous beach you've ever seen Sitting up but slightly reclined,

It's a very comfortable chair And take a few moments for your surroundings to form as you lay so comfortably there The air is a perfect warm temperature and there's an ever so slight gentle breeze This place is a place of love and high vibrations Become aware of the texture of the chair beneath your hands And the blueness of the sky This blueness meeting the deep blue of the ocean Notice now the gentle relaxing sound of the waves lapping at the beach And with each little wave you relax more and more Allow the sound of the lapping waves to relax you more deeply now Every muscle in your body is coming to complete rest totally at ease And with each wave you drift deeper and deeper Creating new energy within you now In this wonderful state of tranquility every part of your body is coming to rest Drifting deeper now into wellness and comfort Knowing that love will soon be yours What a special place this is Private and secluded and of a high vibration Ok,

Just rise from your chair now and take a few steps across the sand It's firm and easy to walk upon Take a stroll now along the shore observing the beautiful view pristine waters,

Well kept surroundings Observe how magnificent the surroundings are As you set your intention now to manifest the love of your life Be extremely open to this definitely happening How exciting this is Allow that excitement to grow within you For your emotion is the fuel mixed with your belief and trust in your manifesting powers And all that you create here,

Everything positive is possible Become aware now as you stroll so happily along the beach That someone wonderful is holding your hand The love of your life is holding your hand Look at their hand,

See it clearly Now move your gaze along their arm See their body appearing so vividly for you now And see what they're wearing Turn your head and see their face Allow this to become clearer to you with each passing moment Know that if you don't see their features clearly,

Perhaps you're not meant to know until you meet them in the physical But observe what you can see What do they look like?

What colour hair do they have?

See them smiling at you They're so happy to be here with you And you both are in love Feel that energy from them Focusing this yourself,

Love is the manifesto If you love them this much,

They must be a wonderful person And they are They are caring,

Compassionate and attentive They validate your needs just as you do for them You mutually respect each other,

Support each other and learn and grow together Feel their hand in your hand You're great together,

Best friends in love And the chemistry between you is strong Your energies are in harmony Hearts as one Stop now and face them as they turn to face you Look into their eyes and further realise and experience those strong and exciting feelings of love Embrace them now as they hold you tight Ok,

As you now continue to walk along,

Enjoying yourselves and your pleasant surroundings,

Take a few moments to tell them how you feel Speak to them now and hear their response within your mind Tell them anything you wish You may hear their voice or receive it as a sense of just knowing Tell them anything you wish Go ahead And now as you continue on,

With the waves gently lapping at the sand Imagine some of the fun times you'll have together as if imagining your future as a couple Discuss with them your plans if you wish Go ahead Ok It's almost time to draw this scene to a close,

So enjoying this for a few more moments Help them if you wish or say a few more words Savour how this feels You are manifesting with your love right now Alright,

So looking into their eyes and bringing these loving energies back with you,

In a moment I'll count you back,

But know and be sure that what you've created in this dimension will be so in your earthly life It is so You've done this So as I count you up,

Just allow your surroundings to fade,

But remaining in your heart Here we go 1,
