Heal karma you've accumulated and be free of it today.
Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.
Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed,
Dim the lights and lay or sit in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Karma can be accumulated within past lives or from our life up until now.
Karma is not a punishment,
It happens for our learning and experience so that we can experience being the causer and the one receiving the effects.
We experience both sides of the coin therefore.
Karma is released by 1.
Identifying the pattern.
2.
Learning the lessons it brings.
3.
Changing your mind or your actions.
And 4.
Through forgiveness.
So here we go.
Let's release some karma.
But just note,
This process involves visualization.
If this is tricky for you,
Just sense or feel what's going on.
Now first,
Allow yourself to arrive in your body.
Allow daily life to fade away.
This time is for you to relax and center yourself.
Your mind is calming now and you are beginning to relax.
Feel a wave of relaxation begin at the top of your head.
Moving down through your entire body.
Relaxing every muscle as it goes.
Allow yourself to relax and find peace.
Take a deep breath in for me now and breathe out all tension.
And another deep breath in and breathe out all that no longer serves you.
And one more now,
Breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your vibration rising.
You are a being of light,
Of pure unlimited potential.
As you focus within,
Allow your mind to open.
Allow the following to pop into your mind.
Identify a karmic pattern that is going on in your life.
What pattern is arising in your life that seems unfavorable?
It might be happening over and over again and you'd like it to stop.
Settle on that thought now,
The unfavorable or unfortunate thing that keeps happening to you or around you.
Focus on that for a moment.
Now shortly,
I'm going to count you down from 10 to 1 and you will find yourself in a memory either in this lifetime or another where this cycle began.
The memory may be the opposite of what you're experiencing.
For example,
You not being on the receiving end of the unfavorable circumstance but instead you dishing it out or causing it to somebody else.
I know that can be hard to face.
Or you may find a memory showing you the beginnings of negative experiences shared by you and another soul,
Place or thing.
With no one at fault,
It just feels negative and it keeps happening.
So we're looking for the start of the karma.
Once I count down to 1,
Don't choose or decide or try to do anything.
Just allow the first thing to pop into your mind.
Here we go.

Seeking the source of the karma now,

The start of what's been going on,

Going to that memory and 1.
Be there now.
Just allow your surroundings to form.
Take a moment for the scene to become clear and make out what's around you.
Where do you find yourself?
Allow any people or beings there to become clear to you also.
What's going on?
Allow this scene to play out for a few moments so that you can understand the circumstances.
Now,
The next stage in clearing karma is learning the lessons that this situation brings.
Try your very best to answer these questions and retain this scene or memory in your mind's eye throughout.
Ask yourself,
How do I feel about what others said or did or about the circumstances?
How do I feel?
Okay,
Next,
Still looking at this memory or experience in front of you,
Ask yourself,
How do I feel about my behavior or actions?
Well done,
And now ask yourself,
How did my behavior or actions impact others or the situation?
Just a couple more now.
Ask yourself,
What are the overriding lessons or lesson I can take away from this situation?
And lastly,
How does this change me moving forward?
Well done,
This is great for healing karma.
Lastly now,
The last step is forgiveness.
Understanding leads to forgiveness and you have gained much new understanding today.
So starting with the other people,
Beings or circumstances in this memory in front of you,
Tell them either,
I forgive you or I'm sorry.
Whichever feels right here,
Go ahead.
And now,
Saying to your past self or past life self in this memory,
Either I forgive you or I love you or both,
Go ahead.
Feel a sense of release now.
Feel karma release.
That kind of love energy is flowing through your very being now.
Well done.
Take a moment.
All is well.
All is peaceful.
Shortly I'll count you up and as I do so,
The memory will fade and you will return to normality.
