Make sure you'll be undisturbed,

Dim the lights and lay down in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

First I'll relax you down for sleep and then I'll begin the sleep affirmations to stimulate and encourage real self confidence.

Here we go.

Settling so comfortably now.

You deserve to rest.

Take a deep breath for me now and make this a big sigh of relief as you exhale.

All is so very well.

Because you can leave everything you've been doing,

Thinking about or experiencing behind until morning.

Because it's time for you to let go and relax.

How nice it feels just to relax.

Imagine the softest,

Fluffiest cloud forming all around you.

It's warm and cosy and very relaxing indeed.

This cloud draws out any tension.

Any tension from your muscles.

Allowing each and every part of your body to fully relax and release.

This cloud also carries you very gently towards sleep.

And it hugs you and supports you as you move closer and closer towards sleep.

Feel it soothing away any tension from your head as your mind calms and settles.

And your facial muscles fully relax too.

Allow your brow to soften and the little muscles around your eyes to relax and release.

And your jaw too,

Falls to its most relaxed position.

Sense this gentle sleepy cloud supporting your shoulders now.

Drawing out any stress or tension as they soften and unwind fully.

Your arms and hands become relaxed and limp as the warmth of sleep approaches.

Riddled by the softest of clouds.

Feel yourself being carried by it towards your dreams,

Which is sleep.

That sleepy dreamy place of yours.

And your dreams will be happy and so pleasant.

So settle even deeper as your chest,

Back and stomach prepare for a healing,

Replenishing sleep.

Easing into such peacefulness.

And how wonderful this feels.

How relaxed,

How calm you are.

And allow my voice to soothe you.

And with every word I speak,

You feel sleepier and sleepier,

Replenishing yourself ready for the morning.

And the softest of clouds now carries you closer to sleep.

While infusing you with its positive energies.

Become aware of the muscles in and around your hips,

Thighs and all the way down your legs.

Down down to your toes.

All melting into complete,

And every cell and fibre of your being is ready to rest,

Loving cloud carries you further and further towards sleep.

Drifting deeper and deeper,
