Open and activate your chakras while you sleep. First I relax you down for sleep then I begin the sleep affirmations to cleanse, align, activate and balance your chakras. The affirmations are divided into 7 parts one after the other, each containing affirmations for every one of your seven main energy centres. Your subconscious mind is always listening, even during sleep. Your thoughts, beliefs and vibration create your reality.

Welcome I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay down in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

Sleep affirmations help to program our subconscious mind with positive beliefs.

Our subconscious then puts these into action and goes about manifesting them in our reality.

We can program our mind to cleanse,

Clear and activate each of our seven main chakras during sleep.

First I'll relax you down for sleep,

Then I'll begin the chakra activating messages.

Here we go.

Sinking down,

Down now into the bed you're laying on.

How wonderful it feels to rest.

It's time to rest and relax.

And you will feel fully refreshed in the morning.

Feel how the pillow supports your head.

Just allow it to do so as your neck muscles relax down now.

And the bed supports every muscle in your body.

Trust the bed to hold you and fully support you.

Therefore you can let every muscle go now.

Relaxing your body fully,

Releasing any stress or tension you've been carrying.

The way it flows as you sink down into the bed.

And just imagine if you will that you're floating towards the stars or that the stars are growing closer to you.

They hold so much promise.

And as you get closer and closer to the stars,

You feel sleepier and sleepier and more and more relaxed.

And each star in the distance is a sun of course,

Radiating the light of creation.

Healing Prana energy on a wavelength outside of visible light.

But love light energy all the same.

The pinpoints of light soothe and comfort you as you drift away.

So safe and secure.

So relaxed and carefree.

And there's a colourful nebula among the stars,

Like a cloud of many colours.
