Welcome to the Morning Mojo meditation.
This meditation will help you step into the day feeling connected,
Grounded and ready to experience an incredible day.
So what I'll invite you to do now is put one hand on your lower belly and the other hand over your heart area.
Take a few moments to take some slow and deep breaths,
Releasing the out-breath,
Relaxing your belly.
Notice the sensations that you're aware of in your body right now.
Allowing your breath to flow naturally now in its own way,
Trusting your body to breathe exactly the way it wants to breathe right now,
In a way that feels comfortable and easy.
What I'll invite you to do now is to rock your hips gently from side to side,
Creating a really slow gentle rock.
This is to activate your internal energy,
To wake yourself and your energy centers up gently.
Just rocking from side to side,
Just a couple of more moments.
Perfect,
Now relaxing back into your previous relaxed position.
Just notice if you are aware of any new sensations in your body.
Maybe there's an increased sense of spaciousness or some sensations of warmth or slight tingling.
No matter what they are,
Trust that you have created an increased sense of groundedness in your body.

What I'm going to do now is speak out some powerful affirmations that you can repeat out loud if that feels right or just allow them to sink into your space.
Just absorb them,
Allow them to sink in.
Today,
I choose myself fully.
Today,
It feels great to stay connected to my worth.
Today,
I love receiving more abundance and love.
Today,
I choose to stay open to positive experiences.
Today,
It feels great to trust myself and my decisions.
Today,
Things come my way easily.
Today,
I love feeling beautiful and seen.
Today,
I step into my full power.
Today,
I face any challenges with resilience and awareness.
Today,
Everything flows easily.
Today,
I feel safe and supported by the universe.
Today,
I go all in with what I truly want and desire.
Today,
It feels great to put myself first.
And before we wrap up now,
I'll invite you to set an intention for today,
For your day.
Whether it's you feeling a certain feeling throughout the day,
Or it could be a specific outcome that you'd like to see by the end of the day.
So I'll give you a little bit of space and time to choose your intention.
