Welcome to the Evening Reflection meditation.
My name is Camille and I'm inviting you to wrap up the day with awareness and positivity.
So let's get started.
Get into a really comfortable position,
Either leaning back into your sofa or chair,
Or even better,
Lying down.
If it feels right,
Put one of your hands on your lower belly and the other hand over your chest in order for you to feel an even deeper connection with yourself and allowing deeper relaxation.
Imagine now that you are wrapped up in a beautiful,
Silky and luxurious blanket that represents safety and warmth in order for you to really sink into this beautiful bubble of deep relaxation where we get to celebrate how you turned up for yourself today.
What I'm inviting you to do now is go over your day and allow your intuition just to choose a moment in your day where you stepped up in your full power,
Where you showed up for yourself with confidence.
Maybe it was a moment where you spoke up with clarity,
Where you maybe had a slightly challenging conversation.
No matter what it was,
Go to that moment now and acknowledge yourself for how well you did.
Acknowledge yourself for how you turned up for yourself in that moment.
I'll invite you now to go to another moment,
Another moment during your day where you got to where you turned up for yourself in a really empowered way.
Maybe you prioritized a need or maybe you really did something that was very loving for yourself.
So take a moment to choose that that particular moment in time where you did something special for yourself or you honored your boundaries or you trusted your intuition no matter what it was.
Acknowledge yourself for having turned up for yourself in that moment.
Well done.
What I'm inviting you to do now is go to a moment during the day where you turned something around.
Maybe it was there was a challenge,
Maybe it was something that you procrastinated with or again there may have been a challenging conversation.
You chose to do something in that moment that created a better outcome for yourself.
So take a moment to go to that moment and celebrate.
You did an incredible job.
Well done.
So take your time now to come back to the present moment and again imagine that beautiful soft blanket that is wrapped around you creating an even deeper sense of safety,
Soothing energy and protection.
It's safe for you to now totally let go of your day and enjoy the deeper sense of relaxation.
Nothing needs to be done now other than sinking into a beautiful space where you get to go,
Where you get to get ready to have an amazing sleep.
Before we wrap up,
If it feels right,
I'll get you to set an intention for tomorrow.
Maybe there's a particular feeling that you'd love to feel more of throughout the day tomorrow or something specific you'd love to experience.
Set a really clear intention right now and release it.
