Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.
Make yourself comfortable and seated comfortably where you are.
Notice the silence around you sitting there.
Take a deep breath in and exhale and relax.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your neck,
Make sure that your spine is straight and comfortable and adjust your position if you need it.
Now take a deeper breath in and exhale longer and deeper and slower than usual.
Allow any tension in your face to calm down.
Allow your cheeks to relax,
Your jaw to relax and once again relax your shoulders.
Release any tension and take this moment now for yourself.
Place your hand over your heart and feel the presence of your hand at the center of your chest over your heart.
Feel its presence there,
The protection of your hand,
The connection of the skin to the skin or through your clothes and your heart beating under your hand.
If your mind is going away just gently bring it back and place all your attention to the area at the center of your chest,
Over your heart and under your hand.
Take a slow breath in and now take a longer exhale everything out deeply and slowly and longer than usual.
You want to keep a nice and comfortable rhythm that feels good for you.
Inhale and feel the air passing through your heart and exhale all that air out.
Allow it to travel through your heart and inside your body in a very slow way,
Gentle way.
With every inhale feel drops of a new air that are passing through your nose,
Through your throat,
Through your heart and breathing and bringing new air,
New hope and a new life inside your body.
With every inhale feel that white air,
That freshness,
That new air slowly replacing everything in your body,
In yourself and traveling inside every part of your being.
Keep your hands over your chest and feel the presence of your heart.
With every deep inhale of fresh air in,
Replacing the old,
Changing the old inside your heart and throughout your whole body.
Feel the new and allow the movement,
Allow the changes to happen.
Changes are always alongside the way.
There is peace in change.
There is hope in change.
There is new,
Better,
Brighter and more aligned that can come inside us.
Trust that changes can bring the best for you.
Inhale at your own rhythm and feel that new,
Fresh air coming in and let it pose a moment inside your heart.
