And welcome to this meditation.

Take a moment to arrive here.

Connect with the space and relax.

Make yourself comfortable,

Inhale,

And exhale,

Relax your shoulders,

And exhale,

Relax your body.

Relax your mind.

If your thoughts are going away,

Just gently bring them back to your body,

Laying here.

We're going to start with a gentle scan of your body.

Starting on the top of the head,

Glossing by your forefront,

Relax your mind.

Touching your eyebrows,

Relax your eyes,

Touching your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your jaw,

Relax your a little more.

Scanning down your lips,

Your neck,

Touching your shoulders,

Relax your shoulders.

Passing by your chest,

Observe how it feels there.

Touching your ribs,

Observe your breath.

Inhale gently,

And exhale,

Let the scan come down into your stomach,

Relax your belly,

Your navel,

Your hips.

Going down to your legs,

Relax your legs.

Touching your knees,

Your feet,

Relax your ankles.

Touching the tip of your toes,

Relax.

Observe your human body.

Bring all your awareness to your feet,

Your two feet.

How conscious are you of your feet?

They carry you every day.

How do you walk in life?

The consciousness of how you walk in life.

The steps you take in this life.

In this dimension.

Be grateful for your legs.

Now bring your awareness to your hands.

Observe your hands.

How do you give to others?

Open your hand to others.

Do you trust others?

How often do you give your hand to someone else who needs it?

Observe your human body.

How do you receive the love,

The support,

And the help you're given?

Let someone hold your hand and be present by your side.

Be grateful for your hands.

Now bring your awareness to your chest.

Observe your chest and how you breathe.

Inhale and feel the air passing into your lungs.

How does it feel to be alive at every breath?

Feeling your body with every breath.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

How does it feel when you breathe out what you don't need in this life?

Observe your lungs getting bigger and smaller.

How this keeps you alive.

Be grateful for your lungs.

Observe your human body and bring all your awareness to your mind.

Observe your mind.

Is your head heavy or light?

Observe your thoughts,

Your presence here right now with yourself.

Bring all your attention back to your breath,

To your presence,

And to your thoughts.

How kind have you been with yourself today?

Your mind is a part of you.

If she wants to stay in control,

Just observe it and give her a hug.

Tell her you are okay.

Bring all your attention here to your presence.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Observe your heart.

How it's growing in your chest with every breath.

Feel your heartbeats pumping in your chest,

Bringing life into your body.

Your heart is much more than that.

Let it open to you and let it talk to you.

Now place your hand over your heart and bring all your attention to your hand at the center of your chest.

Inhale gently and when you exhale make it longer and deeper and slower than usual.

You want to keep a nice and comfortable rhythm,

One that feels good for you.

Stay there,

Present,

With all your attention on your heart.

And now connect to the emotion of care.

How does it feel when you care for a person around you?

A friend.

That you just want that person to feel good and to feel loved.

To tell her everything is okay and you care for her.

How does it feel in your heart when people care for you?

And they give you all their love and their affection because they want the best for you.

Feel the care in your heart,

Inhale it in and exhale it longer and deeper and slower than usual.

Allow it to diffuse in all your body.

Feel your energy here.

And now observe yourself from outside of the body.

Let your spirit come out of your body and look at yourself.

Observe your body laying here,

Doing the best you can.

Look at your heart beating in your chest and see the waves of energy coming out of your body at every heartbeat.

Look at your heart.

What color does it have?

Feel your heartbeat and see the waves of colors flowing out of your body.

Observe yourself.

Observe your heart and keep your heart open.

Observe yourself from the outside.

Take a deep breath in,

Make a big step and jump in this door.

Free fall deep inside your heart,

Falling fast and fast and faster.

Like in a tunnel there are images and colors and sounds and love is going faster and faster and faster.

So many flashes and images.

The void.

There is nothing out there.

It's all dark.

You see nothing.

You just feel your heart.

Every heartbeat.

Look around you.

You realize you are in a huge field.

There is nothing around.

On your left side there is a wood.

It's all dark.

There is nothing around you.

You hear yourself breathing.

You hear your heart beating.

Look up.

There are the stars above you.

You recognize them.

They are family.

They protect you.

You are safe.

They bring some light around you.

There is a light coming out of your heart and showing you the way.

You see nothing around.

Just the light out of your heart.

Hear the stars outside of you.

They whisper to you.

Follow them.

You take a step into the wood and start to walk.

It's cold outside.

You can feel the presence of the very tall trees around you.

They are so tall that you don't even see the sky anymore.

Taking steps in the wood one by one.

Following the light that comes out of your heart.

Look around you.

There is nothing around you.

Only vibrations.

You can't feel them.

You see nothing around you.

The light of your heart is showing you the way.

You take a step and you feel safe.

You know it's exactly what you have to follow.

There is a house,

There is a presence on the path.

And there is a light inside.

You keep on walking there a little faster.

You know this is exactly where you were called.

You come closer and recognize the door.

Knocking on the door.

And now you can enter.

Enter inside,

It's warm inside.

There is a fire burning in the corner.

You can smell the fire and feel the warmth of the fire.

It's all calm and silent.

No one is here.

You take a step into the living room.

You recognize the chair of your grandfather.

There is a book on the table,

It's open.

That's the book of your mother.

It's all silence around.

You're alone here.

And it feels safe.

Your heart tells you to walk up the stairs.

Feel your breath getting faster.

Your heart in your chest is guiding you to this first floor.

There is one door,

Open the door.

There is a child there.

Sitting on the bed.

Drawing on a paper.

He's not looking at you.

Just drawing on his paper.

Look at the child sitting there.

You know this face.

You know this skin.

You know this hair.

You recognize him.

It is you.

Now he's looking at you.

Observe his face.

It's all silent around.

But you can hear how he feels.

Sit aside of him and ask him.

How do you feel?

Place your hand on his shoulder.

And tell him.

I am here,

How do you feel?

And listen.

Keep your heart open.

And listen.

See what he has to tell you today.

Feel the love for him.

And listen with your heart wide open.

Let him come in your arms and give you.

Now he's taking the paper and showing you the drawing.

Your drawing.

Your child's dream,

Drawn on the paper.

Your purest essence.

The dreams you are here for.

Breathe it in.

How does it feel in your heart?

Breathe it in.

And breathe it out.

Don't promise.

The drawing is in your heart.

And will always stay there.

Out of the house.

In the woods.

You're not afraid anymore.

You know exactly who you are.

The light in your heart has changed color.

And is showing you the way again.

With every step you take,

The ground is transforming.

Into warm golden sand.

So much light and so much golden around you.

Shining out of you.

You decide to lay there.

And watch the stars.

Your heart is beating.

With every heartbeat,

A wave of love is going out.

In your colors.

Sending a signal out of who you really are.

This is your real color.

Your true color.

Your soul's color.

Feel how good it feels in your heart.

Look at the stars.

Shining brighter and brighter.

Suddenly you realize each of them also has a heart.

Also has a color.

Observe all those colors coming out of them.

And the waves coming to you.

Observe all those colors merging.

And dancing.

And flowing together.

The beauty when you are you.

Feel the gratefulness in your heart.

Feel the joy.

How it feels when you are you.

Slowly they're fading away.

It's time to go back now.

Take a deep breath in.

And when you exhale,

Feel your body falling into the tunnel again.

Traveling all the dimensions faster and faster.

And landing right here.

Again.

Again.

Now you are here.

From the ceiling.

Observing your body.

From the outside.

You're smiling.

You're breathing.

You are peaceful.

Your heart is beating.

You're happy to come back into your body.

And to continue your journey with it.

Let yourself fall into your body.

And integrate.

Into the physical form.

For this journey with it.

For trusting your heart.

And bringing your true colors back.

You know who you are.
