Hello and welcome.

My name is Gabriella and today I'll be sharing with you some affirmations.

Affirmations are my absolute favorite.

They motivate,

Inspire and encourage us to take action and to realize our goals.

An affirmation is usually a sentence of powerful words put together like a positive statement.

And this sentence is aimed to tap into your conscious and unconscious mind to motivate,

To challenge,

To push you to reach your full potential in order to connect with yourself more deeply.

So find a comfortable space.

Feel free to repeat after me if you wish or just let these words wash over you.

I trust the universe is looking out for my higher good.

Everything is going to be okay.

One day at a time,

One step at a time.

I am in harmony and balance with life.

I choose to feel peaceful.

I am a good person who deserves happiness,

Health and peace.

There are some things I can't change and I'm okay with that.

I am worthy of good things.

I am inhaling confidence and exhaling fear.

I am accepting myself unconditionally.

I am learning to support my best self.

I am proud of myself.

I allow myself time to heal.

I am releasing myself from stress.

I am feeling better.

I am relaxing each part of my body.

I appreciate my life with all of my heart.
