Like the phoenix rises from its ashes,
Scorpio teaches us to embrace our shadows and rebirth into our truest selves.
During this meditation,
We will connect with the collective energy of the new moon in Scorpio.
A time to set intentions,
Shed old skins and allow space for new beginnings.
Let's open our hearts and minds to this transformative energy,

To begin,
If you haven't done so already,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes if it feels safe for you and bring your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel the cool air as it fills your lungs and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let each breath bring you further into the present moment,
Grounding you in the here and now.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the earth beneath you,
Supporting you and let any tension in your body melt away as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly.
With each exhale,
Release any thoughts,
Any worries or distractions,
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment of stillness and renewal.
The new moon in Scorpio is a powerful time for introspection and emotional healing.
It invites us to look within,
To confront our fears and hidden desires and to release anything that no longer serves us.
Scorpio's energy encourages deep transformation,
Shedding old patterns and behaviors to make room for new growth.
This new moon is a perfect time to set bold intentions,
Particularly around emotional healing,
Personal empowerment and embracing our inner truths.
As we move through this meditation,

Now let's relax and deepen our connection to the present moment by tuning in to the five senses.
Although your eyes might be closed,
Imagine the darkness behind your eyelids softening.
Visualize a peaceful image,
A calm ocean,
A serene forest or a clear night sky.
Allow this image to fill your mind,
Bringing you peace.
Now notice the sounds around you,
Whether it's the hum of the environment,
Maybe the rain,
The quiet rhythm of your own breath.
Allow these sounds to ground you in the present without judgment or attachment.
Just listen and observe.
Now bring your awareness to how your body feels in this moment.
Feel the weight of your body against the earth.
Feel the texture of your clothing on your skin or the softness of a blanket.
Let each point of contact soothe and relax you.
Now take a deep breath in and notice any lingering scents in the air.
Perhaps there's a fragrance,
An essential oil or just the fresh air itself.
Let this sense of smell deepen your relaxation.
Now gently bring your attention to your mouth,
Noticing any subtle taste that lingers.
Maybe it's the remanence of a drink,
A meal or simply the freshness of your breath.
Stay present with this experience,
Knowing that even taste can anchor you into the now.
Feel all five senses working together to ground you in this moment,
Bringing a sense of calm and presence.
Now with your body relaxed and your senses awakened,
I invite you to journey inward.
Picture yourself standing at the edge of a deep,
Dark lake.
The water is still,
Reflecting the night sky above,
A sky filled with stars and the energy of the new moon in Scorpio.
As you look into the water,
You see a reflection.
This is a mirror of your soul,
Your true essence.
The reflection ripples slightly,
Showing both the light and the shadow within you.
As you gaze into your reflection,
Allow yourself to acknowledge your shadows,
The parts of yourself you often hide or ignore.
These might be old wounds,
Fears or limiting beliefs.
Take a deep breath and gently,
Without judgement,
Accept these parts of yourself.
As you do,
Imagine the Scorpio energy wrapping around you like a warm blanket,
Encouraging you to release what no longer belongs to you.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself letting go of those old patterns,
Watching them dissolve into the water.
Now,
As you stand there,
Visualize the new moon above,
Sending down beams of silvery light.

Rebirth and strength.
You are renewed,
Ready to embrace this new chapter in your life.
As you look into the water,
You see a reflection.
This is a mirror of your soul,
Your true essence.
Feel this powerful energy,
Cursing through your body,
Filling every part of you with vitality and purpose.
Take a few more moments to broaden this energy,
Trusting that you are supported by the universe in your journey of transformation.
And now slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the ground beneath you,
The weight of your body against the earth.
Take a deep breath in,
And on an exhale start to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Bring movement back into your body.
You can gently bend your legs,
Hug your knees into your chest,
And maybe making small circles one way and the other.
Give your lower back a nice massage here,
And remain with your eyes closed.
And then gently roll over to any side and using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
And while you're lying there,
I want to give you three more tips to integrate Scorpio's transformative energy into your daily life.
Embrace your emotions.
Scorpio encourages us to dive into our emotions.
Allow yourself to feel fully both the light and the dark,
And use this emotional awareness to guide our decisions.
Second,
Let go of what no longer serves you,
Whether it's a limiting belief,
A toxic relationship,
Or an old habit.
Scorpio's energy helps us release what's holding us back.
Be brave in your willingness to let go.
And last,
