This New Moon in Gemini invites us to speak our mind, engage communication with others and also to connect with the people around us. This meditation will help you integrate the collective energy of the New Moon in Gemini. Lay down on your yoga mat and let my voice guide you.

Welcome to this New Moon Meditation.
This month the New Moon is in Gemini.
Gemini is a powerful time for setting intentions related to communication,
Learning and intellectual growth.
Gemini,
Ruled by Mercury,
Is the planet of communication.
It is an air sign known for its curiosity,
Adaptability and sociability.
The energy of Gemini encourages us to seek new information,
Engage in meaningful conversations and express our thoughts and ideas clearly.
During the New Moon in Gemini,
The themes of connection,
Intellect and versatility come to the forefront.
It is a perfect time to set intentions that foster personal growth in these areas.
This phase is also an ideal moment to start new projects that involve writing,
Teaching,
Learning or any form of communication.
Geminis are often known for their quick wit,
Versatility and sociable nature.
They are curious,
They are communicative,
Adaptable and very social and intelligent.
Now find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably without any distractions.
If it feels safe for you,
You can close your eyes.
And if you're lying down,
Make sure that your head is in the same line as your shoulders and that your hands are relaxed next to your body and your palms facing up.
Breathe in through the nose and exhale everything out.
And exhale everything out.
Breathing in and out.
Now before we sit for meditation,
I would like you to sit to come up with a sankalpa.
A sankalpa is a positive intention or affirmation that aligns with your highest self.
Here are five examples of sankalpas that are linked to the energy of the new moon.
Just tune in and feel if it resonates with you.
I communicate my thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
I am open to learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
I adapt easily to change and embrace new experiences.
I build meaningful connections with others and enjoy engaging conversations.
I trust my intelligence and use it to solve problems and make decisions.
And I repeat the sankalpa of your choice in your head.
Allow your body now to relax with every breath you take.
First we will do a rotation of consciousness.
Now bring your awareness to your right side,
Your right thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Middle finger,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Finger,
Pink,
The palm of your hand.
Bring your awareness to your knuckles on the floor and bring your awareness to your wrists.
Notice the space between the ground and your wrists.
Bring your awareness all the way up to your right elbow,
All the way up to your right shoulder.
Notice your shoulder blades on the ground and bring your awareness to your right side,
Your ribcage,
All the way down to your hip,
Your thigh,
Your awareness to your right knee.
Notice the space between your right knee,
The inside of your knee and the ground.
All the way to your chin,
Your calf muscles and all the way to your ankle,
The top of your foot,
Your big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
And imagine your entire right side being completely relaxed.
Now bring your awareness to your left side,
Your left thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pink,
The palm of your hand,
Your knuckles on the floor,
Your wrists and the space between your wrist and the floor.
Bring your awareness up to your left elbow,
All the way up your arm,
All the way up to your left shoulder.
Notice your shoulder blades on the mat or on the ground.
Now bring your awareness to your left side,
Your ribcage,
All the way down to your left hip,
Your left thigh.
Bring your awareness to your left knee,
And notice the space between the inside of your knee and the ground.
Bring your awareness further down your chin,
Your calf muscle,
Your ankle,
The top of your foot,
Your big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
And imagine your entire right side being completely relaxed.
Imagine your entire left side being completely relaxed.
Now bring your awareness to your face.
Bring your awareness to your lips and your mouth,
And clench your teeth,
And make sure that your tongue is down in your mouth,
Completely relaxed.
Bring your awareness to your cheeks.
Bring your awareness to your nose,
And just observe how you are breathing.
Are you breathing in with the left nostril,
The right nostril,
Maybe both?
And just observe.
And then bring your awareness to your third eye.
With your closed eyes,
Try to look to your third eye.
Bring your awareness to your forehead,
Have it completely relaxed,
And bring your awareness to your ears.
What is the furthest sound you can hear right now?
And just go from sound to sound with your awareness.
And then bring your awareness closer to the space you are in right now.
What sounds can you hear?
And bring your awareness from sound to sound.
And bring your awareness closer to your breath.
And bring your awareness closer to your breath.
And bring your awareness closer to your body.
Can you hear your own breath?
Can you hear the whispers of your heart?
And now imagine roots extending from the base of your spine down into the earth.
Visualize those roots growing deeper and deeper.
Anchoring you securely to the ground.
Feeling the stability and the support of the earth beneath you.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the sky above you.
Visualize the night sky filled with stars and the new moon in Gemini shining brightly.
Feel the energy of the Gemini flowing down from the moon and surrounding you in a gentle light.
And in this space of connection and tranquility,
Take a moment to set your intention for this new moon.
Reflect on the areas of communication,
Learning,
And adaptability in your life.
Consider what you want to manifest or improve in those areas.
Think back of the Sankalpa from the beginning of this meditation and repeat it silently to yourself,
Feeling the words resonate within you.
Now see yourself communicating with ease and clarity,
Learning new things with enthusiasm,
Adapting to change gracefully,
And building meaningful connections,
Using your intelligence to solve problems.
Allow this visualization to become vivid and detailed.
Allow this visualization to become vivid and detailed.
Feel the emotions associated with those positive changes.
Take a few moments to really explore the imagery and sensations that arise during this visualization.
Notice any colors that come up,
Or symbols,
Messages,
People.
Trust that these are meaningful insights from your subconscious mind.
Now it's time to integrate the energy of Gemini and imagine a warm golden light spreading from your heart center throughout your entire body.
This light carries the qualities of curiosity,
Adaptability,
Communication,
And intelligence.
Feel this light infusing every cell of your being,
Aligning you with the energy of the new moon.
Express gratitude for the insights and energies that you have received during this meditation.
Thank the universe,
The new moon,
And the sign of Gemini for their guidance and support.
Now gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
If you feel that you have the space and the need,
Maybe you can stretch out your hands over your head and take a deep,
Full body stretch.
Bend your legs,
And then gently roll over to one side and using one hand as a pillow for your head.
While you're lying there in fetus position,
Take a moment to really integrate what has just come up.
And then gently pushing yourself up with one hand,
And take a moment for yourself to sit in silence.
I want to share with you a little meditation that I've been doing for the past few weeks.
I'm going to share a few more tips for you,
How you can integrate the energy of the new moon.
It might be interesting to journal about what you have just seen,
Any thoughts and ideas that might come up.
I also want to encourage you to engage in conversations now.
Make an effort to connect with others.
Share your thoughts and listen to different perspectives.
Learn something new,
Take up a new hobby,
Enroll in a course,
Or read about a topic that interests you.
Embrace change and be open to new experiences.
Work on improving your communication skills,
Whether this is with writing,
Speaking,
Or non-verbal expression.
By embracing the energy of the new moon in Gemini,
You can enhance your communication,
Expand your knowledge,
And build deeper connections with those around you.
