I'm going to do the Abundance Pyramid Meditation with you,
Which quite honestly is one of the most powerful meditations on abundance that I know.
If you think of the meaning of a pyramid,
A pyramid increases energy three times three.
So if you're working with your heart open,
It's magical what it can do.
So just prepare yourself so you're sitting comfortably and your spine is lengthened,
Head beautifully balanced on your spine,
And you make sure you're really comfortable and also keep your body open.
Don't cross your legs or cross your arms because that fiddles with the energy flow.
And just breathe gently as you always do when you start a meditation and find yourself relaxing,
All your muscles softening,
And then start to move gently inwards.
And I want you to see above your head the most beautiful,
Perfect golden pyramid.
And this pyramid is actually a symbol of your higher self.
It's big enough to hold your body easily while you are seated in this position.
Very gently,
Very slowly,
Bring it down so that the base comes slowly over your head,
Over your neck,
Over your shoulders,
Your arms and your chest,
Over your waist,
Over your lower torso,
Your thighs and knees,
Your shins and calves,
And your feet.
And then once this pyramid touches the ground on which your feet are,
Take it a little lower.
And notice that your crown and your heart are in exact alignment with the tip of this pyramid.
And you are sitting in this powerful,
Geometric form.
Look down at the base of the pyramid and see there the most beautiful lotus flower,
Which is an eastern symbol of abundance.
Now,
Let your heart pulse.
And I want you to notice completely intuitively that it's pulsing in rhythm with the centre of the lotus.
The lotus is living abundance.
Your heart is living abundance.
And very gradually,
With the power of the lotus and the power of your heart,
The love starts to expand.
Expands into your chest.
You may see it as golden light,
As rainbow lights,
As emerald green lights,
Whatever colour represents abundance to you.
And then let it fill up further,
So it starts to move into your aura.
And on every breath you take,
It expands.
It expands further,
Right to the edges of your aura,
Which is your spiritual body.
All the time,
The centre of your heart is pulsing with the pyramid and with the lotus flower.
There's a beautiful synergy going on here.
And the abundance is being awakened in every pore,
In every part of you.
Then,
Let this love,
This abundance,
Let it expand into the whole room that you are sitting in.
And on the next breath,
Let it expand into the whole house or flat you are in.
And then the whole street you are in,
The whole area you are in.
Then the whole suburb you are in.
The whole town or city,
Just hold it in the love that is coming from your heart.
And you are still sitting in this beautiful,
Shining,
Golden pyramid with the lotus flower under your feet.
And they're all connected.
Now,
Let that light from your heart expand into the province in which you are in.
Further,
Further,
Further into the country that you are living in.
And the continent you are on.
And spend a little time here,
Allowing that love to seep into every part of that continent,
Into the land,
Into the people,
Into the countries,
Everywhere.
Into every part of that continent,
Into the land,
Into the people,
Into the countries,
Everywhere,
Into the sea surrounding the land.
Now,
Your heart is so wide open that it expands to include and every single person,
Man,
Woman and child is touched by the energy of abundance.
This is our natural state.
This is how it is going to be as we enter the golden age.
Feel that abundance,
That love,
Pervading everything.
Hold it there for a little longer.
Now focus into your heart.
And let the lotus dissolve.
Let the pyramid dissolve.
And you are just left with this beautiful,
Expanded heart.
The most powerful tool to draw abundance to you.
A vortex,
An opening,
A doorway,
Which brings to you the abundance of the universe.
Of the universe.
Fills you with the abundance in every way.
