Just feeling the warmth of the energies entering your body,

You're so comfortable.

This pure golden light caressing your skin,

Caressing your organs and your cells,

Nothing but light within you,

Nothing but light in front of you,

Nothing but light behind you,

Nothing but light to your left,

Nothing but light to your right,

Nothing but light above you,

And nothing but light below you.

You're in this beautiful,

Sacred container of light,

And this light container you can create anytime,

Wherever you are,

Just imagine this beautiful container of light and it's supporting you and assists you in becoming more and more relaxed,

Becoming more and more in tune with your divine higher self.

This is your time to let go of all worries,
