Aligning To Your Divine Light

This meditation, guides and connects you to your Divine essence, balancing your body, mind and spirit. Natalie leads a guided visualisation, starting on a tranquil white beach where you are able to lay on a hammock and relax your body. You then go further into this peaceful state of mind, coming to understand your own true essence, the divine light within. This meditation includes positive affirmations and aims to assist you in believing in yourself, following your heart, filling up with gratitude and connecting to your Higher Self.

Now make yourself as comfortable as you can.

Allowing yourself to fully relax.

Giving yourself permission to let go.

This is your time.

Now just imagine that you're walking on this beautiful white beach.

You can feel the sand on the bottom of your feet.

You take your step in on memory foam.

It feels so soft.

And you can hear the ocean waves in distance.

Caressing the shoreline.

And you can feel the sun gently warming your skin.

You feel so,

So connected to your divine.

You feel so relaxed.

Knowing that this is your time.

And you deserve this.

Now as you walk on this beautiful white beach just see a hammock in the distance.

You decide to walk closer to the hammock that's hanging between two palm trees.

As you start laying down on the hammock you can feel your body just melting,

Melting away in deep relaxation.

As the wind sways the hammock from side to side you feel like you're light as a feather flowing in this gentle breeze from side to side.

Feeling so light and so relaxed.

Your entire body is just open and relaxed fully.

From the top of your head down your body down to your tips of your toes.

Seeing this relaxation just spreading into all of your cells.

Spreading into your entire body.

Amplifying the relaxed feeling that you crave.

Trust in the universe that you will receive exactly what you came here for.

And as your body gets so comfortable and you feel so deeply connected to your higher self you know that you can relax your mind just as easily as you can relax your body.

Visualizing your mind letting go of all the tension that no longer serves.

Seeing all the tension just melt away melting so you can feel,

Feel connected.

As your body and mind is relaxed you realize there's one more step to relax your spirit.

In order to relax your spirit you have to realize that you are more than the body you are more than the mind.

You are this amazing star this amazing speck of light the stardust within.

You are this beautiful shining glistering light.

This is you.

As you acknowledge the light within you know that you can expand your consciousness at any time.

You transform your limits and beliefs.

You stay open to receive the magic and miracles and blessings that you desire.

This light within grows stronger and stronger.

This light within shines so bright that you light up the path of all others that walk towards you.

You light up your own path feeling so much more confidence feeling so much more love connecting to your divine,

Your divine essence so you can fully live life that you desire knowing that every experience that you had is a beautiful opportunity to grow to bloom into this beautiful being that you are.

All struggles,

All pain was an opportunity to surrender to grow,

To trust.

You are part of this magical universe.

You can travel anytime you choose to this happy place,

This place of oneness this place of love,

This place of trust.

As you lay there fully relaxed and you recognize the light within you see your higher self walking towards you.

Your higher self has a message for you.

Listen,

Listen to your heart.

What is it calling you to do?

What nudges do you have from within that you are putting off?

What do you long for?

Listen to that part of you.

Your higher self communicates through your heart align yourself to your heart center remembering your truth.

You are one with the universe.

You are this beautiful starlight.

You can achieve greatness.

You can manifest everything you desire.

Imagine yourself at your ideal creating the life that you envision beginning to plant the seeds and watching it grow loving the process.

You are worthy of this all.

As you plant the seeds of gratitude because gratitude is essential to grow anything else you need to be grateful for what you already have.

Sometimes abundance is being with family or being with your soul family.

Or abundance can mean being outdoors in nature and breathing in all the energy from Mother Earth.

Abundance can mean financial security seeing the numbers in your bank increase in wealth or increase in energy feeling so vibrant so rejuvenated so relaxed abundance can mean having a grateful heart a grateful heart that acts like a magnet for more things in life to be grateful for.

When you shine gratitude and shine love you will receive many more blessings remembering that you are worth so much more than you know.
